・Lead end to end finance and accounting operations, ensuring policy compliance, improving closing timelines, and strengthening internal controls and processes ・Drive budgeting, forecasting, and KPI monitoring to deliver actionable insights that support business decisions ・Oversee subsidiary financial management, aligning accounting standards, enhancing reporting quality, and ensuring consistency across entities ・Manage audit processes by coordinating with external auditors, resolving accounting issues, and implementing control improvements ・Handle consolidated reporting to global headquarters, including preparation, adjustments, and maintaining accurate and compliant data ・Build and develop a high performing finance team while partnering with leadership on profitability analysis, investment decisions, and long term financial strategy |
| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 ・Proven leadership experience in finance and accounting, ideally within a manufacturing environment・Hands on experience with audits and strong familiarity working with auditors in either public accounting or industry roles ・Demonstrated ability to partner with business teams, providing financial analysis and supporting strategic decision making ・Experience working in multinational or English based environments, particularly with reading and writing in a business context ・Solid knowledge of financial frameworks such as IFRS, with additional exposure to FP＆A, corporate planning, or governance improvements considered a plus ・Strong analytical thinking, leadership, and communication skills, combined with a proactive mindset, execution focus, and a drive to contribute to broader business performance |
