【About Project】 System Development, testing, Migration, operation Maintenance and integration projects are being handled for various Airline/Logistics clients. We with Onshore/Offshore in both waterfall and Hybrid Agile Operating Model. Trainings are available for airline or logistics domain based on the Project mapping and business demand. 【Job description】 -Understand and analyze the business Process of Airline Business or logistics -Collaborate/Discuss with stakeholders to understand their needs and gather detailed business requirements. -Create detailed documentation of business requirements, processes, and solutions. -Participate in testing and validating new systems and processes to meet business requirements. -Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to ongoing optimization efforts. -Write the test scripts for the new business process. -Coordinate with offshore for test execution, implement solutions to ensure they align with business goals. |

| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 -Analytical aptitude, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to clearly and practically convey complicated information-Excellent Communication skills to coordinate with customer , service providers and IT members -Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams -About 3-7 years of experience with prior experience as IT business analyst (BA) (Total work experience between 7-15 years) -Experience as an IT consultant, PM, and PMO -Business level English skills -Native level Japanese (N1 or above) 【歓迎（WANT）】 -Airline/Logistics Domain Knowledge-Experience in global projects -Technical Proficiency in JAVA, UI or AWS |
