・Lead the full finance function including accounting, controlling, treasury, and financial reporting. ・Partner closely with the leadership team to drive business performance and strategic initiatives. ・Oversee manufacturing finance, including plant operations, costing, and operational efficiency. ・Ensure strong governance, compliance, and reporting under IFRS and Japan GAAP. ・Develop and lead the finance team （7－8 members）, strengthening capability and succession planning. |
| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 ・Strong all－rounded finance leadership experience within a manufacturing environment.・Industry background in pharma, chemical, or FMCG. ・Proven ability to operate as a strategic business partner to senior leadership. ・Native－level Japanese and fluent English communication skills. ・Leadership profile capable of managing complexity and driving change in a growing organization. |
