経理財務は本ポジションを含む5名体制となり、4名の部下をマネジメント頂きます。同社での就業歴が長く実務面に詳しいメンバーもいるため、入社直後の引継ぎ／状況把握はスムーズに行えます。

【業務内容詳細】
－ Handle full spectrum of Finance and Accounting matters, such as financial forecasting, management reporting, budgeting, taxation, month－end closing and financial simulation.
－ Ensure compliance with the required accounting standards and taxation regulations.
－ Ensure efficient and effective processes and currency of documentation.
－ Monitor cash flows and predict future trends. Track A/R status and review with management on monthly basis.
－ Research and report factors influencing business performance and propose proper actions.
－ Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost－reduction opportunities.
－ Communicate regularly with regional team and produce accurate financial reports within specific deadlines.
－ Keep abreast of changes in financial regulations and legislation and propose.
－ Manage and deliver other finance－related projects and duties as assigned.
－ Manage and Handle SAP system.
応募資格

【必須（MUST）】

－ 10 years of accounting/ financial management or related professional experience with FP＆A / CPA.
－ Fluent in Japanese with Business command in both spoken ＆ written English.
－ Experience in SAP system.
－ Proven leadership ability and strong interpersonal communication ＆ presentation skills with senior executives.
