Global Legal Affairs ■Drafting, reviewing, and directly negotiating license agreements, joint development agreements, and clinical trial－related contracts with global entities. ■Executing legal due diligence for in－licensing new pipeline candidates and strategic technologies ■Establishing and managing governance, IP, and compliance structures to support expanding operations in the U.S., Europe, and other key markets. [Holidays and Leave] Approximately 120 days of holidays per year, Paid leave, complete two－day weekend （Saturday, Sunday, and public holidays）, New Year's holidays, etc. [Working Hours] Flexible working hours ☆Overtime is minimal, making it a very comfortable working environment. 【必須（MUST）】 ■Native－level English speaker with a proven track record of leading complex legal negotiations involving intricate jurisdictional issues.■Legal experience at pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies ■Bachelor's degree or higher 【歓迎（WANT）】 ■Lawyer qualification （Japanese, US state law, or common law system） |
