We are seeking a highly capable Finance ＆ Accounting Manager to lead all finance activities across Japan and South Korea. This is a strategic and business－oriented finance role, combining FP＆A, controlling, and oversight of outsourced accounting and tax operations. The position reports directly to the Japan Country Manager with a dotted line to the APAC Finance Director, and collaborates closely with the Korea General Manager. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a multinational, entrepreneurial environment with high exposure and decision－making autonomy. Key Responsibilities 1. Financial ＆ Business Performance Leadership Lead performance analysis across customers, channels, and brands Deliver accurate and timely reporting, profitability analysis, and variance insights Guide commercial teams with scenario planning and data－driven recommendations Monitor customer profitability and coordinate cross－functional action plans 2. Strategic Business Partnering Support local leadership in strategic decision－making and market development Provide independent financial perspectives and challenge assumptions Identify efficiencies, growth levers, and business model improvements 3. FP＆A ＆ Controlling Excellence Manage forecast, budget, and business review cycles Ensure alignment with global finance processes, dashboards, and standards Promote transparency and consistency across Japan ＆ South Korea 4. Accounting, Tax ＆ Compliance Oversight Supervise outsourced accounting, tax, and treasury partners Ensure compliance with local regulations and IFRS Oversee statutory reporting and tax filings Maintain high ethical and governance standards |

| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 －Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field－Minimum 5 years of experience in FP＆A, controlling, or finance partner roles －Strong command of P＆L management, profitability analysis, and financial modelling －FMCG or B2C business acumen －Experience in multinational organizations preferred －Fluent English （Japanese is a plus but not mandatory） －Experience managing outsourced accounting providers －Strategic, collaborative, analytical, accountable, and integrity－driven mindset |
