ー Oversee daily accounting operations, including tax filings, revenue and COGS management, month－end and year－end closing, inventory and intercompany transactions ー Manage accounting processes such as account reconciliations, physical inventory, provisions, and closing adjustments ー Lead and develop a team of 2–3 members ー Ensure compliance with accounting policies and standards, and coordinate annual audits and internal controls ー Drive process improvements and projects, including digital transformation （DX）, process optimization, system implementation/integration, and new business initiatives |
| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 ・Strong attention to detail with a proactive, solution－oriented mindset・Effective communicator in both English and Japanese, with strong interpersonal skills ・Solid knowledge of J－GAAP/IFRS and experience with financial systems （SAP preferred） ・Team－oriented with high integrity, able to navigate complex environments and drive results |
