SUMMARY Responsible for selling solutions that deliver business outcomes and executing transformational plans in collaboration with customers and internal sales stakeholders. Trusted advisor to client CxOs and Business Unit leaders, driving multi-million-dollar client investments in product and services delivering transformation value inclusive of all of Dell Technologies solutions. Dell Technologies helps customers modernize infrastructure and unlock value from AI. Within our Forward Deployment Engineering (FDE) Unit, the Advisory AI Strategist is a trusted advisor who helps customers move from pilots to production AI, while building sustainable AI operating models and business outcomes. What You’ll Achieve You will work closely with customer stakeholders and Dell teams to frame AI problems, remove organizational blockers, and design practical ways of working so AI solutions can scale on Dell infrastructure and across the Dell AI Factory portfolio. You will: - Shape and lead AI engagements in key accounts, partnering with account teams and senior customer stakeholders to drive measurable outcomes. - Translate customer AI ambitions, challenges, and constraints into clear problem statements and actionable roadmaps. - Lead AI discovery and problem-framing efforts to identify blockers to adoption and value realization. - Co-design AI operating models and governance (roles, decision rights, pilot-to-production processes) that enable secure, compliant scaling. - Align business, IT, data, and risk stakeholders through structured workshops, decision mapping, and consistent engagement rhythms. - Partner with AI Architects, Data Specialists, and Sales leaders to define scope, success criteria, and readiness for proofs of value and production deployment. - Strengthen Dell’s AI Factory strategy by contributing field insights, supporting account governance, and mentoring team members on AI engagement best practices. |

| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 - 6+ years in enterprise consulting, analytics, AI/ML programs, or transformation-led sales with large, complex organizations.- Business level proficiency in both Japanese and English is required. - Experience leading multi-stakeholder initiatives from strategy through execution, ideally including AI, analytics, or digital transformation. - Strong skills in problem framing, discovery, and root-cause analysis of organizational and process issues. - Experience designing or refining operating models and governance frameworks that connect technology initiatives to business outcomes and risk posture. - Proven stakeholder management and facilitation skills with business and IT leaders, including executives. - Strong communication and storytelling skills, able to translate AI capabilities and results into clear business narratives. - Solid business acumen and ability to connect AI and GenAI use cases to measurable value. - Ability to travel to customer sites and Dell locations as needed, in line with business requirements and applicable laws and Dell policies. 【歓迎（WANT）】 - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Data/Analytics, Engineering, or a related field.- Experience leading AI, analytics, or digital transformation programs. - Experience engaging senior executives (Director level and above) on operating models, governance, or major transformation initiatives across industries and functions. |
