■ THE ROLE Looking after the Japan Retail stores business, setting overall strategy for the assigned area stores, periods,maintaining good relationship with different business partners, and expanding our business in Japan. Retail Manager Japan works together with other retail team members, operation team, PR team, digital team, to find out the best solution under different situation. ■ WHAT WILL I BE DOING? 1) Business & P&L Ownership - Own retail P&L and delivery revenue, gross margin, and operating profit targets. - Build and execute the annual/quarterly retail plan (sales, traffic, conversion, AOV/UPT, labor, inventory productivity). - Identify business opportunities and risks; implement corrective actions quickly. 2) Store Operations Excellence - Establish and enforce operating standards (SOPs), compliance, cash control, loss prevention, and audit readiness. - Optimize store processes for productivity (labor planning, scheduling, task management, queue/appointment flow). - Ensure consistent execution of brand standards, VM guidelines, and customer experience. 3) Commercial & Customer Experience - Improve conversion, repeat purchase, NPS/CSAT through coaching, rituals, and service quality programs. - Partner with Marketing/CRM to execute local activations, clienteling strategies, and event calendars. - Translate customer insights into actionable improvements for store execution and assortments. 4) Talent Leadership & Organization Building - Lead, coach, and develop Store Managers and Area/Regional Managers; build succession plans. - Partner with HR on hiring strategy, performance management, and retention initiatives. - Create a high-performance culture with clear expectations, accountability, and recognition. 5) Inventory & Supply Collaboration - Work with Merchandising/Supply Chain to improve in-stock rate, sell-through, and inventory turns. - Implement inventory accuracy programs (cycle count, shrink control, transfer discipline). - Drive store-level demand signals and feedback loop to improve allocation. 6) Expansion / Network Optimization (if applicable) - Support store opening/closing decisions, lease negotiations input, and new store project execution. - Define site-level performance benchmarks and ramp-up plans for new stores. |

| 応募資格 |
【必須(MUST)】 ● Above 7+year working experience in Store Business Management and at least 5+ years in fashion retail business.● Ability to influence, lead and collaborate, result driven. ● Able to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure work environment ● Excellent oral/written communication and presentation skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office software ● Strong business acumen and able to think outside the box ● Good leadership and management skills. ● Good knowledge for department stores operations. ● Strong strategic and analytical problem-solving skills ● Good command of both English and Japanese |
