POSITION SUMMARY We are seeking a high-potential, hands-on, and highly driven individual to join the Japan CEO Office / Strategy team. Reporting directly to the Japan CEO, this role serves as a true thought partner and execution leader, working side-by-side with the CEO to drive the most critical strategic and operational priorities of the Japan business. This is not a pure strategy role. The successful candidate will be deeply involved from strategy formulation through hands-on execution, taking full ownership for delivering tangible, measurable results across the business. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Partner directly with the Japan CEO on short- and mid-term strategic priorities and key transformation initiatives • Structure ambiguous business challenges, develop fact-based perspectives, and drive decision-making • Lead end-to-end execution of strategic initiatives, from hypothesis to implementation and results tracking • Support new product and new business launches, including go-to-market strategy, pricing, channel design, and KPI tracking • Drive retail and commercial transformation initiatives to improve growth and customer experience • Identify and execute productivity and performance improvement opportunities across operations and manufacturing • Work hands-on with sales, marketing, operations, and factory teams to implement change on the ground • Own project management, stakeholder alignment, and performance tracking for cross-functional initiatives • Support ad-hoc, high-priority topics directly requested by the CEO COMPENSATION • Annual compensation up to JPY 9 million, commensurate with experience and performance LOCATION Tokyo |
