| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 • Strong accounting leadership experience with end－to－end ownership of finance operations.• Hands－on mindset capable of operating in a stand－alone leadership role. • Experience managing closing, reporting, tax, treasury, and audit processes. • Native－level Japanese and fluent English （frequent interaction with global headquarters）. • Proactive leader with experience building or transforming finance teams. |
