We are looking for a highly driven and motivated Business Development Manager / Assistant Business Development Manager for our team in Japan. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in hospitality industry and working closely with management in driving business growth. Job Highlights: Management of Top-tier Client Accounts Covering APAC Business Concierge Services to Key Client Accounts Managing Online Reservations and Complaint Handling CS Experience in Hospitality Industry Job Descriptions: Develop strong and productive relationships with customers to meet their service expectations and create a high degree of customer satisfaction. Handle all reservations and answer customer enquiries via online booking platforms Be responsible for complaint handling. To liaise with internal departments including Hong Kong and Singapore BD teams and Dubai Call Centre, collect and consolidate client requirements and coordinate with the service vendors to meet customer expectations Establish e-sales channel and plan according to the development strategies for key client accounts Coordinate all organizational project matters and manage all daily project management issues Deliver training programs on product knowledge and the use of multiple online booking platforms to APAC end-users Understand the terminology of the automobile business and keep up with technological changes in the product Skills: Preferably Degree holder or equivalent Min. 3 to 5 years’ experience in an operational sales or account management role, possess outstanding communication and interpersonal skills Good project management skill and handle multi-tasks independently to meet tight deadlines Good computer knowledge (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Word Processing) Proficiency in both Japanese and English |
