Role Overview This position is a Business Marketing Specialist responsible for driving both online and offline campaign planning and execution, centered around building alliances with partner companies. By developing and improving initiatives based on data analysis, you will help lead overall business growth. What You Will Do Lead end-to-end project execution for online and offline campaigns, from planning and strategy development to implementation and performance evaluation Conduct data analysis related to campaigns and marketing initiatives, derive insights, and propose improvements Plan and propose alliance initiatives with external partners and drive collaborative projects Develop and execute partner and co-marketing initiatives Optimize initiatives and maximize outcomes through close collaboration with internal stakeholders |

契約期間：期間の定めなし 試用期間：あり（3カ月）※※試用期間中の勤務状況・能力等の評価により、試用期間を延長する場合があります。 就業時間：9:00～18:00（休憩1時間） 就業場所：東京 休日 ：土日、祝日 休暇 ：年次有給休暇、パーソナル休暇、年末年始/慶弔 残業 ：あり（40時間分の時間外労働手当）※固定残業代は残業がない場合も支給し、超過する場合は別途支給 賞与：年1回評価によって支給 給与改定：年1回 通勤手当：会社規定に基づき支給（上限月額3万円） 社会保険：健康保険、厚生年金、労災保険、雇用保険 受動喫煙防止措置：あり 敷地内禁煙（喫煙所は屋外に設置） |
| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 Business-level Japanese proficiencyAt least 5 years of hands-on experience in partnership marketing, app marketing, or related fields Experience planning and managing online and offline campaigns Experience optimizing initiatives based on data analysis.Practical experience with CRM, PRM, and marketing automation tools Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders Excellent project management and organizational skills 【歓迎（WANT）】 Business-level English or Korean proficiency |
