With CNH Industrial as a 50% equity partner, we are the exclusive distributor of New Holland products in the Japan market, and we also source products from over 40 other overseas and domestic suppliers for sales in our 50 outlets across Japan. This is an opportunity to use your financial analysis skills to support company success, and your business acumen to assist in our communications with overseas partners. It is a high-profile role that will allow you to interact with management at all levels of the company. With success in the role, there could be opportunities for further advancement in the company. Finance-Related Responsibilities Revenue, Expense, and Profit Forecasting / Simulations Store Profitability Analysis Product Cost Analysis Product Pricing Control Leadership on Foreign Exchange Risk Management Control on Annual Budget Control on Ordering/Inventory Control on Accounts Receivable Management Monitoring of Expense Levels Communications-Related Responsibilities Foster internal coordination on communications with overseas partners Edit outgoing communications for content/style Draft messages on major issues when necessary Edit English-language articles for quarterly magazine Edit presentation materials for supplier/shareholder meetings IDEAL CANDIDATES WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING - A university degree in Finance or Accounting - Strong writing and speaking skills - Adaptability and comfort in a variety of settings - The ability to communicate extensively with Japanese team members who do not have English language skills - Work experience in a Japanese company, posted within Japan ABOUT NEW HOLLAND HFT JAPAN We are the leading importer and retailer of agricultural equipment in Japan, with a staff of 600-plus, and 50 locations across Japan. A joint venture with CNH Industrial as a 50% shareholder, we represent their New Holland brand of tractors and combines for the Japan market, as well as other leading brands from around the world.
