Job Summary As an Account Manager at HITACHI ENERGY JAPAN, LTD., you will be responsible for fostering strong relationships with existing and potential clients, driving sales growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction within the energy sector. You will act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, understanding their needs and delivering Hitachi Energy solutions and responsible for lead/opportunity creation as well as order intake. Job Responsibilities * Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key accounts, understanding their business objectives and challenges. * Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within existing accounts and through proactive prospecting to expand Hitachi Energy's market share. * Prepare and present compelling proposals, product demonstrations, and technical solutions to clients, effectively articulating value propositions. * Negotiate contracts and close sales agreements, ensuring profitability and adherence to company policies. * Collaborate cross-functionally with technical teams, project management, and customer service to ensure seamless project delivery and customer satisfaction. * Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and inform sales strategies. * Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and analyses to track progress against targets and provide insights to management.* Attend industry events, conferences, and client meetings to network and represent Hitachi Energy. * Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards. |
| 応募資格 |
【必須(MUST)】 Job Qualifications* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or/and Engineering, or a related field. * Proven track record of at least 5 years in account management or sales within the energy, power utility, or related industrial sector. * Strong understanding of the Japanese energy market and its regulatory landscape is highly desirable. * Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills in both Japanese and English (written and spoken). * Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships and negotiate complex deals.* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a results-oriented approach. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. * Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite. * Willingness to travel frequently within Japan and occasionally internationally. |
