【ポジション概要】 データセンター開発において、土地・電力・通信回線などの重要リソースの確保とプロジェクト推進を担うポジションです。 社内外のステークホルダーと連携しながら、サイト選定からプロジェクト開発、実行までをリードしていただきます。 【主な業務内容】 ・データセンター開発に必要なリソース戦略の立案および推進（土地、電力、通信回線など） ・データセンターのサイト選定および開発プロジェクトの推進 ・社内のFinance、Sales、Businessチームと連携し、開発計画の策定および実行 ・自治体や行政機関との関係構築および許認可取得のサポート ・外部コンサルタント、ベンダー、パートナー企業との調整および交渉 ・プロジェクトリソースの管理および進捗の可視化 ・顧客需要やビジネス要件を開発プロジェクトへ反映 ・潜在的なパートナーや投資・M＆Aの機会を模索 ・日本のDC業界から市場情報を入手、維持、更新 ・その他、本社のレポーティングマネージャーから指示された業務 【当社について】 DayOneは、高性能データセンターの開発および運営を手がけるグローバル企業です。データインフラ分野において急成長を続けており、アジアおよびヨーロッパを中心に事業基盤を拡大しています。 現在、当社は新たな国際市場への進出を加速させており、この成長フェーズをともに支える優秀な人材を求めています。 本ポジションは単なる職務ではなく、急成長するグローバル企業の一員として、次世代のデータインフラを形作る重要な役割を担う機会です。 イノベーション、テクノロジー、そして成長に情熱を持つ方のご応募をお待ちしています。 Resource Director/Senior Director Responsibilities: ・Lead the project development and acquiring strategy resource including but not limited to land, utility, connectivity, government relationship, for projects as needed. ・Communicate and provide guidance to Finance & Analysis team during the development and execution of resource capital budgets. ・Understanding of existing projects and future development ・Coordinate with various teams supporting the data center development ・Develop and manage metrics quantifying project resources ・Manage relationship with external consultants and internal stakeholders for the project development throughout the entire life-cycle. ・Work closely with Sales & Business team to understand the customer demand and requirement, and implement in the project development. ・Work closely with Government Relationship to build the strong relationship with local authorities to ensure the project approval and delivery. Requirements: ・Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Business or equivalent work history with experience in data center infrastructure project. ・Senior Manager at least 7+ years or more of data center related experience, i.e., site selection, business development, ・Manager at least 5+ years or more of data center related experience, i.e., site selection, business development, project development. ・Strong understanding of data center site selection requirement and project development mechanism. ・Knowledge and experience with resource such as large scale power systems and water supply related. ・Experience in business negotiation with vendors, supplier, consultant and government agency. ・Possess leadership and problem solving skills. ・Motivated and highly dependable, requiring limited oversight. ・Ability to perform complex business case and data analysis to justify the project scope and present the justification to management in a high level review. 【必須（MUST）】 Senior Director・データセンター関連分野で7年以上の経験 ・サイト選定、事業開発、プロジェクト開発などの経験 Director ・データセンター関連分野で5年以上の経験 ・サイト選定、事業開発、またはプロジェクト開発の経験 共通要件 ・工学、建築、ビジネス等の学位、または同等の実務経験 ・データセンター開発プロセスやサイト選定要件の理解 ・電力や水などのインフラリソースに関する知識・経験 ・ベンダーや行政機関との交渉経験 ・問題解決力およびプロジェクト推進力 【歓迎（WANT）】 ・大規模インフラプロジェクトの開発経験・データセンターまたはITインフラ関連プロジェクト経験 ・ビジネスケース作成やデータ分析を通じた経営層への提案経験 |
