・Oversee daily accounting operations including general ledger, accounts payable and receivable, and monthly and annual close processes while ensuring compliance with US GAAP and Japanese statutory standards ・Prepare and review financial statements, management reports, and forecasts for both local leadership and global headquarters with a focus on accuracy and timeliness ・Manage tax filings and compliance including corporate tax and consumption tax, coordinating with external auditors and tax advisors ・Establish and maintain strong internal controls while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and streamline accounting processes ・Lead and mentor accounting staff, supporting team development and ensuring alignment with company policies and global practices |
| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 ・Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field with a strong understanding of both US GAAP and Japanese accounting standards・Professional certification such as CPA, US CPA, or Nissho Boki 2nd level or higher preferred ・Several years of accounting experience including prior experience in a managerial or supervisory role, ideally within a multinational or gaishikei environment ・Business level proficiency in both Japanese and English with the ability to communicate effectively across local and global teams ・Strong analytical skills and experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Excel, along with the ability to adapt to a fast paced and international work environment |
