＜職務内容/Main task＞ <Transfer Pricing> ・ Communication/Arrangement Transfer Pricing related topics with tax authorities / outside tax advisories / ＊＊＊＊＊ foreign affiliate companies, and within ＊＊＊＊＊ ・Preparation of Submission Materials and its Supporting Documents for tax authorities ・Actual Transfer Pricing setting and Analysis for TP ・Consultation to other departments/functions in ＊＊＊＊＊ about Transfer Pricing relevant topics ・Maintenance/Development of Internal Transfer Pricing Policy ・Profit Monitoring ・BEPS related topics （Updating Master File and Coutnry by Country Report, etc） ・Other Projects ＜アピールポイント（職務の魅力）/Selling point of this position＞ ・Opportunity in Transfer Pricing operation with many functions in the one of the global leading company. ・Work experience at diversity environment ・Many countires are covered by our operation/business ・Variety of TP related topics are covered by ＊＊＊＊＊'s business |

雇用形態：Full time a － Regular （no fixed end date） 給与詳細：・年収目安（参考）： 月額基本給：404,000円～490,000円 ※最終的な報酬額は、応募者の経験・スキルを総合的に考慮して決定いたします。 ・年収総額目安（参考）： 約890万円～1,050万円 ※月30時間相当の固定残業手当を含みます。 ※賞与：支給（参考額） ・注記： 実際の支給時期、金額、支給条件は個別に決定いたします。 |

【必須（MUST）】 Must・5＋ years experiences in Transfer Pricing at Multinational Companies or Tax Advisory Firms ・Experience in the communications with Tax Authorities ・Sufficient knowledge of Transfer Pricing, accounting and taxation ・Fluency in English ＆ Japanese ・Experience in Project management ・Strong ownership mind and Motivation ・Positive Mind ・Self－Starter ・TOEIC: More than 800 【歓迎（WANT）】 Want・5－7 years experiences of Transfer Pricing at Multinational Companies or Tax Advisory Firms ・Significant knowledge of Transfer Pricing, accounting and taxation ・Strong IT/IS literacy, e.g. for systems/databases for tax and accounting, etc. ・Experience in the team management and people management ・Experience of the car industry: Prefferd ・TOEIC: 900 ＜求める人物像/Please describe successful candidate image （Personality）＞ ・ Person has the global mind in the operation ・ Person has the proactive mind/strong communication skil under diversity environment ・ Person has the challenging sprits against difficulties |
