End‑to‑End Supply Chain Leadership － Lead all supply chain functions: Demand/Supply Planning, Logistics, Warehousing, Inventory. － Drive the monthly S＆OP process and align with Sales, Marketing, and Finance. － Secure supply readiness for launches and seasonal peaks. 2. Demand ＆ Supply Planning － Build accurate forecasts using sales trends and key drivers. － Optimize supply plans to avoid stockouts and excess. － Coordinate with HQ on product allocation. 3. Inventory ＆ Service Levels － Monitor DOS, coverage, and aging stock. － Reduce obsolete and excess inventory. － Improve OTIF, fill rate, and other service KPIs. 4. Logistics ＆ Warehouse Operations － Manage 3PL performance. － Ensure high－quality picking, packing, and gift wrapping. － Maintain operations aligned with brand standards. 5. Team Leadership － Lead and develop the Demand ＆ Supply Planning team. － Build a collaborative, high－performing culture. － Provide insights to support cross－functional decisions. 6. Process Improvement ＆ Projects － Identify and implement process improvements. － Use BI tools for reporting and analysis. － Lead key projects and continuous improvement initiatives. |
| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 － Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain, including demand and supply planning－ Team management or leadership experience － Strong analytical and problem－solving skills － Advanced Excel skills － Business－level English （frequent interaction with HQ） － Native－level Japanese or equivalent business proficiency 【歓迎（WANT）】 － Experience in luxury or retail industry－ Experience leading Sales and Operations Planning processes － Experience with BI tools Type of people who would be a good fit: － Business－driven and solution－oriented mindset － Ability to make decisions calmly in a fast－paced and uncertain environment － Strong communication and stakeholder management skills － Proactive and able to drive change and improvements |
