＜コンサルタントの声＞ ■ プレミアム領域でキャリアを築けるポジション 富裕層向けの高付加価値ビジネスを展開する企業にて、専門性の高い業務に携わっていただけます。市場から高い評価を受ける特化領域でキャリアを磨いていただける、大変魅力的な環境です。 ■ 日本とAPACのもう1か国を統括するダイナミックな役割 両マーケットをご担当いただき、各地域のスタッフをマネジメントしていただきます。広い裁量を持ちながら、メリハリのある働き方と多岐にわたる責任範囲を経験できる、やりがいの大きいポジションです。 ■ グローバルなレポートラインと国際色豊かなチーム構成 レポート先は日本拠点の責任者およびAPACファイナンス責任者となります。日本2名・APACのもう1か国1名の計3名のチームを率いていただきます。SAPを使用し、英語を日常的に活用する国際的な環境で、特にコントローリング／FP＆A領域のスキルをさらに高めていただけます。 ■ 柔軟性と働きやすさを両立できる環境 管理職として自律的に業務を進めていただきながら、週3日の在宅勤務が可能です。ワークライフバランスを大切にしつつ、高いパフォーマンスを発揮していただける働きやすい環境が整っております。 ＜仕事内容詳細＞ Responsibilities: － Handle core finance functions: accounting, credit control, cash flow, capex, fiscal planning, treasury, budgeting, and forecasting － Support business decision‑making and contribute to tactical initiatives － Oversee and guide the execution of business plans － Manage capital requests and the budgeting process － Participate in key management decisions as part of the leadership team － Develop management information systems that support company decisions － Ensure financial reports are accurate and delivered on time － Manage relationships with banks, auditors, and legal partners － Build and maintain strong internal control systems － Identify and mitigate key risks in the company’s risk profile － Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements － Lead and advise the finance team to ensure compliance with local laws and corporate policies |
| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 － Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field－ Fluent in English and Japanese － Strong hands‑on experience with SAP and advanced Excel － Solid understanding of financial management, ideally in manufacturing or similar industries － Proven ability to work with regional and global stakeholders in a matrix organization － 12＋ years of progressive experience in financial leadership roles － Experience leading cross‑border teams （preferred） － Strong knowledge of both local and international accounting standards |
