【業務内容】 ・コア技術研究開発/Core Technology R&D スマートフォン、タブレット、PCなどの端末で、健康的なディスプレイや快適なディスプレイに関連する技術の研究開発を行う。主な研究課題には、人間の視覚認知モデル、目の保護と低視覚疲労ディスプレイ技術、色温度・明るさ・フリッカーの自動調整、人間の目の認知に基づいた画質強化などが含まれる。 Conduct research and development in health and comfort display technologies for devices such as smartphones, tablets, and PCs. The main focus areas include: human visual perception modeling, eye protection and low visual fatigue display technology, adaptive adjustment of color temperature/brightness/flicker, and image quality enhancement based on human eye perception. ・次世代技術探索/New Technology exploration ディスプレイ光学、ヒューマンファクター工学、色彩科学、画像品質評価のコア理論体系を構築することを担当します。次世代の健康的なディスプレイ技術、適応型目の保護技術、インテリジェントな周囲光適応技術を探索し、これらの分野について深い理解に基づき、総合的なディスプレイ体験ソリューションを開発。 Responsible for formulating core theoretical systems in display optics, ergonomics, color science, and image quality evaluation. Explore next-generation technologies such as health displays, adaptive eye protection, and intelligent ambient light adjustment. Based on an in-depth understanding of the core theoretical frameworks of display optics, ergonomics, color science, and image quality evaluation, develop comprehensive display experience solutions. ・エコシステムの協力/Ecosystem Collaboration 国内外の大学、研究機関、試験機関、業界団体、サプライチェーンパートナーとの戦略的パートナーシップを確立し、深い技術的な専門知識と業界の影響力を活かす。 健康ディスプレイ、快適なディスプレイ、ディスプレイ品質基準の開発と実施を推進するために協力し、科学的で規範的なディスプレイ技術のエコシステムの構築を支援。 Leverage deep technical expertise and industry influence to establish strategic partnerships with domestic and international universities, research institutes, testing agencies, industry organizations, and supply chain partners. Collaborate to advance the development and implementation of standards for healthy display, comfortable viewing, and display quality, contributing to a scientific, standardized, and robust display technology ecosystem. 【専門知識】 1.ディスプレイ技術、ヒューマンファクター工学、色彩科学に関する専門知識と実務経験を有し、健康的なディスプレイおよび快適なディスプレイ技術に深い理解がある。 Possesses specialized knowledge and practical experience in display technology, ergonomics, and color science, with a deep understanding of healthy display and comfortable display technologies. 例えば/For example: ・人間の視覚認知モデル/Human visual perception modeling ・目の保護調光技術（DC調光／高周波PWM調光）/Eye protection dimming technology (DC dimming/high-frequency PWM dimming) ・色温度／明るさ自動調整/Color temperature/brightness adaptive adjustment ・フリッカーおよびブルーライト制御/Flicker and blue light control ・ディスプレイ画質評価システム/Display quality evaluation systems 2.ディスプレイ業界の標準および検査規格に対する確固たる理解があり、国内外の健康ディスプレイやディスプレイ品質に関する標準（例：TÜV目の保護認証、国家ディスプレイ標準など）に精通している。また、ディスプレイ標準の整理、策定、実施に関する知識を有している。 Has a solid understanding of display industry standards and testing specifications, familiar with domestic and international standards related to healthy displays and display quality (such as TÜV Eye Protection Certification, national display standards, etc.), and possesses knowledge in the development, formulation, and implementation of display standards. 3.ディスプレイパネル（LCD/OLED/Mini LEDなど）の特性を理解し、ディスプレイハードウェアの特性に基づいてディスプレイシステムのアルゴリズムやシステムの最適化を行うことができる。 Understands the characteristics of display panels (LCD/OLED/Mini LED, etc.) and is capable of optimizing algorithms and systems for display systems based on the characteristics of display hardware.Understands the characteristics of display panels (LCD/OLED/Mini LED, etc.) and is capable of optimizing algorithms and systems for display systems based on the characteristics of display hardware. 【業務技能】 1. ディスプレイ技術、ディスプレイアルゴリズム、ソフトウェアおよびハードウェアディスプレイシステムに関する専門的なバックグラウンドを持ち、人間の視覚健康、目の保護ディスプレイ、低ブルーライト、リズム調光などの健康ディスプレイ技術に深い理解がある。ハードウェアおよびアルゴリズムの能力を有し、関連分野で豊富な経験と影響力を持つ。 Possess a professional background in display technology, display algorithms, and hardware-software display systems. Have a deep understanding of core health display technologies such as human eye visual health, eye protection displays, low blue light, and circadian lighting. Demonstrate expertise in both hardware and algorithms, with extensive experience and influence in the relevant fields. 2.携帯電話、消費者向け電子機器のディスプレイシステム、健康ディスプレイソリューションの実装経験があると尚良い。分野を超えた協力能力があると尚良い。 Preferably have experience in the implementation of mobile phone, consumer electronics display systems, and health display solutions. Cross-domain collaboration skills are a plus. 3.先見的な技術力、国際的な視野、およびリソース統合能力を持ち、健康ディスプレイの中長期的な技術ロードマップと特許戦略を策定できる。 Possess forward-thinking technical capabilities, an international perspective, and resource integration skills. Able to plan long- and mid-term technology roadmaps and patent strategies for health display technologies. |
