＜コンサルタントの声＞ ■大手企業で安定性の高い就業 米国上場の親会社をもち、業界内でもマーケットリーダーとして活躍している企業ですので、将来的な安定性も高いビジネスの下で就業頂けます。 ■豊富なキャリアアップの機会 将来的な異動を通じて別業務へチャレンジできる可能性があり、また募集しているポジションに対し、自己応募できる社内制度も用意しております。 ■大きなチームマネジメント 経理財務の部員約20名をマネジメントし、比較的大きなチームをリード頂くポジションです。レポート先は国内の日本人Finance Directorです。 ■ハイブリッド勤務の活用 私服での勤務、また週2日程度の在宅やフレックス勤務時間制を活用した働き方が可能です。 【業務内容詳細】 － Manage and coach up to 20 finance ＆ accounting staff. － Oversee general accounting, rebate accounting, AP, billing, tax and treasury. － Monthly journal entries and balance sheet review and approval. － Monthly, quarterly and annual closing, and reporting to HQ under USGAAP. － Monitor accounting standards （USGAAP/JGAAP） and maintain GAAP differences. － Lead annual JGAAP reporting and preparation of national and local tax filings. － Technical lead for rebate accounting, including vendor rebates, MDF and customer rebates. － Lead external, internal and tax audits. － Treasury, financing and cash management with APJ treasury. － Drive internal controls and SOX compliance in country. － Ensure control documentation is maintained and process owners are educated. － Monitor finance ＆ accounting operations, identify issues and proactively mitigate gaps. － Identify process and system improvements for efficiency and simplification. － Support new business initiatives ensuring proper accounting treatment, processes and controls. － Drive adoption of corporate policies, processes and systems in Japan; coordinate feedback to HQ. － Work closely with Regional HQ finance team on technical matters and quarterly reporting. － Support Finance Director in finance all－hands meetings and training initiatives. |
| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 － 15＋ years experience in Finance ＆ Accounting with at least 5＋ years experience in people leadership position.－ Understanding overall finance and accounting operations and having broader finance and accounting experience. － USGAAP and JGAAP skills （USCPA and/or JCPA preferred）. － Proficient in SOX and internal control frameworks, and handling compliance issues. － Strong knowledge of ERP system, accounting processes and Excel skills. － Native Japanese and fluent business and financial English （written and verbal）. |
