You can help us to achieve our mission. Responsibilities We are looking for Enterprise Sales Lead, responsible for managing a sales team in Japan. You will be responsible for leading sales initiatives for our cutting-edge innovation technology solutions in Japan, driving revenue, adoption and market penetration for targeted industry vertical from scratch. - Establish a strong pipeline for ByteDance's innovation technology solution suite - Execute Go to Market strategy and drive revenue growth through effective sales closure activities - Build and manage a strong relationship with prospect clients - Familiar with industry pain points and able to solution innovation technology use cases to solve clients’ problems - Partner closely with the marketing team to drive up market awareness of our innovative technology portfolio via public conferences, seminars and/or workshops - Be proactive in problem-solving even if it's outside of your concerned area and ready to take on additional initiatives and responsibilities as they emerge. |
| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 Minimum Qualifications- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. - 5 years of experience in a sales or product role with a background in B2B technology and/or GenAI/LLM, with 3 years leading a Sales team in a high-growth company. - You are a self-starter & have a passion for making an impact for our clients. 【歓迎（WANT）】 Preferred Qualifications- Product experience with cloud computing and AI solutions, such as algorithm, computer vision, data analysis, CDP, data warehouse, is a plus. - Industry experience in Internet / e-commerce, /retail/media/ICT industries is a plus - Regional experience with a good understanding of the key emerging markets is a plus. |
