＜コンサルタントの声＞ ■ 多彩な商品ラインで成長中のグローバル企業！ 長年の主力商品に加え、新たなラインナップの成功により売上が大きく伸びています。特に日本市場は全世界売上の約20％を占め、社内での存在感も抜群です。成長市場で自分の影響力を発揮したい人に最適な環境です！ ■ ゼロから需要計画機能を構築できるポジション！ 営業、経営陣、海外拠点など多様なステークホルダーと連携しながら、需要計画機能を立ち上げる新設ポジションです。新しい仕組みづくりに挑戦したい人にぴったりのポジションです。 ■ COO直下でビジネスに深く関われる 20年以上在籍するCOOを直接サポートし、5名のロジスティクスチームと連携しながら事業運営に大きく貢献できます。経営層と近い距離で意思決定に関わりたい人に魅力的なポジションです。 ■ 柔軟な働き方が可能！ 勤務時間は無理のない設定で、始業時間も自分の生活リズムに合わせて調整できます。在宅勤務も取り入れられるため、働きやすさがしっかり整っています。ワークライフバランスを大切にしたい人に魅力的な職場環境です。 ＜仕事内容詳細＞ Responsibilities: － Own and manage the rolling demand forecast for mid‑ and long‑term planning. － Turn market, customer, and commercial insights into clear demand plans and scenarios. － Track forecast accuracy and stability, and communicate risks and opportunities. － Prepare and present materials for Demand Review meetings, including summary reports. － Work closely with Commercial, Finance, Supply Planning to align demand with financial and operational plans. － Review and challenge commercial assumptions to ensure realistic, unbiased forecasts. － Maintain high－quality demand data, assumptions, and master data in planning systems. － Improve demand planning processes, tools, and data quality on an ongoing basis. － Support capability building and promote IBP best practices across the organization. |
| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 － Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field（Strong commercial or analytical experience may be considered equivalent） － Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills － Good understanding of key demand drivers － Experience using planning tools and ERP systems － Ability to build structured forecasts － Clear and effective communication in English 【歓迎（WANT）】 － 3－5 years of experience in demand planning, commercial planning, analytics or FMCG－ Understanding of demand patterns in FMCG industries |
