次世代のモビリティを支える自動駐車アシスタントシステムにおいて、製品のシステムアーキテクチャ設計から要件管理、R＆Dメンバーのマネジメントまで、開発全体を技術面からリードしていただくポジションです。グローバルなSystem Architectチームと連携しながら、車両機能の最適設計・品質確保・標準準拠を推進いただきます。 In this role, you will lead the product development from a technical perspective, overseeing system architecture design, requirements management, and R＆D team coordination. Working closely with a global System Architect team, you will drive optimal system design, quality assurance, and compliance with industry standards for vehicle functionalities. ・R＆D活動のスケジュールと予算策定・管理 ・マイルストーンに向けた進捗管理と課題解決（デイリーミーティング、タスクフォース主導） ・他部門との連携（調達・製造など）によるデザインレビュー実施 ・顧客折衝と技術要望の社内展開 ・チームマネジメント ・システムアーキテクチャ設計・標準化 ・システム要件を各専門分野（ソフト、ハード、メカ等）へ適切に展開 ・Define and manage R＆D schedules and budgets ・Monitor progress toward project milestones, lead daily meetings and task forces to identify and resolve issues ・Conduct cross－functional design reviews in collaboration with other departments （e.g., Purchasing, Manufacturing） ・Act as a key technical interface with the customer, translating their requirements into internal actions ・Manage and align activities of R＆D contributors （across Software, Hardware, Mechanical, etc.） ・Design and optimize the system architecture in accordance with product strategy and standardization policies ・Break down system－level requirements and allocate them appropriately to relevant engineering domains （SW, HW, Mechatronics）c |

| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 ・システム開発プロジェクトの経験とチームマネジメント経験（10年以上）・ASPICEに精通していること ・システムアーキテクトの経験 ・語学力：日本語、英語ともにビジネスレベル ・自動車業界での経験 ・10＋ years of experience in system development projects and team management ・Hands－on experience as a System Architect ・Strong understanding of ASPICE and related development processes ・Fluent in Japanese and English （Advanced level） ・Professional background in the automotive industry 【歓迎（WANT）】 ・ADAS領域の知見と経験・システムアーキテクトの経験 ・Experience and knowledge in the field of ADAS （Advanced Driver Assistance Systems） ・Hands－on experience as a System Architect |
