あらゆる環境、ツール、開発段階においてインテリジェントな自動化を通じて反復的な作業を排除することがtracetronicのミッションです。 当社の自動化ツールecu.testおよびプラットフォームone:cxの機能を最大限に活用できるようお客様をサポートする意欲的なテスト自動化・カスタマーソリューションエンジニアを募集しています。 【主な業務内容】 •HiL、SiL、MiL環境においてecu.testおよびone:cxを使用した組み込みソフトウェアテストのための自動テストケースおよびレポート機能の開発、実装、保守。 •問題のトラブルシューティング、スクリプトの作成、および当社のツールとプラットフォームを効果的に活用できるためのお客様支援。 •お客様と要件について協議しカスタマイズされた自動化ソリューションを提供するなどの技術サポート。 •お客様のPoC（概念実証）および顧客プロジェクトの導入サポート、また開発。 •ドイツのソフトウェア開発者やエンジニアと緊密に連携し、tracetronicのツールおよび顧客のワークフローの改善について協議・推進。 •多様なシステムや開発環境に対する必要なテストの定義・仕様策定。 •one:cxプラットフォームを使用して、Continuous IntegrationおよびContinuous Test（CI/CT）ワークフローの確立のお客様支援。 •テスト環境、レポート、エラー分析の文書化。 Join tracetronic’s mission to eliminate repetitive tasks through intelligent automation - across all environments, tools, and development stages. We are looking for a highly motivated Test Automation & Customer Solutions Engineer for our team in Japan to support our customers in leveraging our automation tool ecu.test and our platform one:cx to their fullest potential. Your Responsibilities •Develop, implement, and maintain automated test cases and reporting for embedded software testing using ecu.test and one:cx across HiL, SiL, and MiL environments. •Support customers by troubleshooting issues, creating scripts, and enabling them to make effective use of our tools and platform. •Provide technical customer support by discussing requirements and delivering tailored automation solutions. •Implement and develop Proofs of Concept (PoCs) and customer projects directly on-site at customer's premises. •Collaborate closely with software developers and engineers in Germany to discuss and drive improvements for tracetronic tools and customer workflows. •Define and specify required tests for diverse systems and development setups. •Assist customers in establishing Continuous Development and Continuous Deployment (CD/CD) workflows using the one:cx platform. •Thoroughly document test setups, reports, and error analyses. |

【歓迎（WANT）】 •Atlassianツール（Jira、Confluence）の知識があれば尚可•英語はできれば尚可 •Knowledge in Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence) is beneficial •Good English skills ＜期待する経験＞ •自動車業界またはソフトウェア業界での2～3年の実務経験 ＜期待する技術スキル＞ •ECUソフトウェアのテスト、テスト自動化ツール、およびテスト環境（HiL、SiL、MiL）に関する知識 •自動車用バスシステム（CAN、FlexRay、Ethernetなど）に関する知識 •dSPACE Controldesk、NI Veristand、CANoe Vector、ALMシステム（Polarion、CodeBeamerなど）の使用経験 •クラウド（AWS、Azureなど）に関する知識 •AI技術に関する知識 •Python、Java、Matlab、C、C++などのスクリプト言語 •MS Office（Outlook、Word、Excel、PowerPoint） ＜語学力＞ •日本語はネイティブレベル ＜ソフトスキル＞ •優れた対人スキル、問題解決志向の考え方、チームワークを重視した働き方 ＜その他＞ •日本国内の出張、および海外出張に抵抗がないこと <Experience> •2-3 years within the automotive or software sectors <Technical Skills> •Familiarity with ECU software testing, test automation tools, and testing environments (HiL, SiL, MiL) •Knowledge of automotive bus systems (CAN, FlexRay, Ethernet, etc.) •Experience with dSPACE Controldesk, NI Veristand, CANoe Vector, ALM systems (Polarion, CodeBeamer, ...) •Knowledge in cloud (AWS, Azure, ...) •Knowledge in AI technologies •Scripting languages like Python, Java, Matlab or C, C++ •MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint) <Language Proficiency> •Japanese at native speaker's level <Soft Skills> •Strong interpersonal skills, solution-oriented mindset, team-oriented working style <Other> •Willingness to travel within Japan and occasionally internationally |
