【必須（MUST）】 Drive and manage process development projects to support program management in Technical Service.Analyze existing daily operating processes, identify pain points, and design streamlined operational schemes. Collaborate with internal, external, and APAC stakeholders for global process development. Be accountable for the overall strategy of large programs and independent initiatives, managing all stages from concept to delivery. Drive and manage innovative initiatives and projects, ensuring scope, quality, risk, schedule, finance, and deliverables are met. Proactively identify risks and opportunities, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and report progress tailored to intended audiences. Japanese native level and English business level proficiency （verbal and written）. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Logistics, or related field （or equivalent industry experience）. 5＋ years of proven experience in supply chain management （SCM） or service operations with both strategic and operational capabilities. 3＋ years of project or program management experience with end－to－end scope from planning to implementation. Strong analytical skills; metrics－oriented thinking. Change management skills with cross－functional and external stakeholders. Leadership experience to lead small teams through teamwork and motivation. 【歓迎（WANT）】 Experience in six sigma methodologies.Experience in the medical industry （not mandatory but a plus）. Agile self－starter willing to propose and drive change and innovation. Excellent interpersonal skills for negotiation, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement. Willingness to work positively in a diverse group and contribute to an inclusive culture. Influence team priorities and business strategy through data－driven contributions. Lead members of the program management team who handle day－to－day project execution for operational development. Utilize change management practices for successful project delivery across the organization. Coach, upskill, and support team members by applying project management best practices. Define critical paths in complex initiatives to maintain project quality while managing time and financial constraints. |
