| 仕事内容 | This is one of the first executive hirings for Japan to facilitate the transition of a business unit from another major medical device company after acquisition. You will be a start－up member to build a supply chain team from scratch and scale with the growth of the Japan business. |

【必須（MUST）】 > Medical device supply chain leadership experience> Experience with spine or orthopaedics in particular is an advantage > Demonstrated ability to build an operations from ground－up > Primary job responsibilities include: Provide executive leadership and act as a key member of the Japan leadership team, contributing to strategic planning, decision－making, and execution. Lead the establishment and scaling of end－to－end operations in Japan, including supply chain, logistics, customer service, distribution, inventory management, and demand planning. Ensure compliance with all applicable Japanese laws and regulations, including PMD Act, GDP/GMP requirements, and local distributor and importation obligations. Establish operational governance, policies, and standard operating procedures compliant with Japanese regulatory requirements, quality standards, and company policies. Direct and execute operational aspects of the carve－out transaction, including separation of systems, processes, contracts, and third－party service providers, in coordination with global and regional stakeholders. Develop and manage the Japan Operations budget, including cost structure planning, forecasting, and performance tracking aligned with business objectives. Identify operational risks related to supply continuity, regulatory compliance, and business transition, and implement mitigation plans to ensure uninterrupted product supply to customers. 【歓迎（WANT）】 Provide leadership activities in the selection and implementation of key strategic logistic providers.Develop, contract and oversee relationships with external partners, including contract manufacturers, third－party logistics providers, and service vendors, ensuring service levels, cost control, and risk management. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, scalability, and service quality in support of long－term growth in the Japanese spine market. Ensure proper integration with global operating strategies. Collaborate closely with Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Finance, Commercial, and IT functions to support product availability, customer satisfaction, and sustainable growth of the Japan business. Build, lead, and develop a high－performing Operations organization, including talent selection, onboarding, performance management, and succession planning. |
