The Accounting team in Japan ensures accurate financial reporting, compliance with Japanese statutory and tax requirements, and alignment with Coupang headquarters’ global accounting policies. The team collaborates closely with both local operations and global finance functions to maintain high standards of compliance, efficiency, and accuracy. This position is to take on broader responsibilities in financial operations, including payments processing, general ledger management, tax compliance, and financial analysis to support business needs. This role requires strong accounting expertise and the ability to collaborate across functions to ensure accurate reporting and compliance. 主な業務内容 Manage and arrange payments for Coupang Eats operations (including OR-related vendor invoices and business expenses). Oversee the preparation, review, and posting of journal entries to ensure the accuracy of the general ledger. Support tax-related matters, including filings, documentation, and coordination with tax advisors. Monitor accounts payable, ensuring timely processing and compliance with internal controls. Provide financial data analysis and reporting to support business decisions and ad-hoc requests from management. Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes in coordination with regional and global finance teams. Support audits and ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations. Supervise and provide guidance to the team members. |

契約期間：期間の定めなし 試用期間：あり（3カ月）※※試用期間中の勤務状況・能力等の評価により、試用期間を延長する場合があります。 就業時間：9:00～18:00（休憩1時間） 就業場所：東京本社 休日 ：土日、祝日 休暇 ：年次有給休暇、パーソナル休暇、年末年始/慶弔 残業 ：あり（40時間分の時間外労働手当）※固定残業代は残業がない場合も支給し、超過する場合は別途支給 給与 ：詳細は面談の時にお伝えします 賞与：年1回評価によって支給 給与改定：年1回 通勤手当：会社規定に基づき支給（上限月額3万円） 社会保険：健康保険、厚生年金、労災保険、雇用保険 受動喫煙防止措置：あり 敷地内禁煙（喫煙所は屋外に設置） |
| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.CPA or USCPA holder 5+ years of accounting experience, preferably with exposure to payments, general ledger, and tax in a multinational or fast-paced environment. Solid understanding of Japanese GAAP, tax regulations, and accounting practices. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to accuracy and detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting/ERP systems. Business-level in both English and Japanese |
