● 予約サイト・アプリのUI設計・改善（A/Bテスト含む） ● ブッキングフローの摩擦削減・CVR向上施策のデザイン ● My Trip機能など新機能のUX設計 ● ブランドガイドラインに基づいたデザインの一貫性維持 ● 開発チーム（外注中心）への仕様伝達・デザインQA ● UI design and iterative improvement for the booking site and app (including A/B testing) ● Designing solutions to reduce friction in the booking flow and improve CVR ● UX design for new features such as the My Trip function ● Maintaining design consistency in line with brand guidelines ● Communicating specs to the development team (primarily external contractors) and conducting design QA |
| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 ● UI/UXデザインの実務経験3年以上● Figmaを使ったプロトタイピング・デザインシステム構築ができる ● データに基づいたデザイン改善の経験 ● 3+ years of hands-on UI/UX design experience ● Proficient in Figma for prototyping and design system development ● Experience improving designs based on data and analytics 【歓迎（WANT）】 ● 英語圏ユーザー向けプロダクトの設計経験があると望ましい● 旅行・体験サービスへの関心 ● Prior experience designing products for English-speaking users is a plus ● Genuine interest in travel and experience-based services |
