＜コンサルタントの声＞ ■安定したビジネスモデル コストパフォーマンスに優れた事業を展開しており、既に高い実績を築いている安定企業です！長期的な就業に適した環境としておすすめです。 ■CSJからの紹介実績あり 経理財務は本ポジションを含む5名体制となり、弊社からも複数の紹介実績のある企業です。就業開始から現在まで10年弱の方もいらっしゃるため、頼りになる先輩社員がいる環境として安心感を持って入社頂けます。 ■リモート勤務の活用 週2～3日程度の在宅勤務、またフレックス制度がございます。コロナが落ち着いた現在でも週半分以上の在宅勤務を確保している企業は珍しく、引き続きワークライフバランスを保ちやすい環境で就業頂けます。 【業務内容詳細】 － Prepare periodic management and statutory accounts for the Company and its Projects （including SPCs） in accordance with JGAAP and IFRS, in collaboration with the finance team. － Support tax compliance activities, including tax filings and consumption tax recovery. － Coordinate with outsourced accounting and tax service providers to ensure accurate and timely accounting records. － Support day－to－day corporate finance operations, including AP, AR, cash management, expenses, book－keeping, fixed assets, and related processes － Deliver budgeting, forecasting, and funding－related activities － Support internal controls and audits, and contribute to continuous improvement of finance － Processes |
| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 － 5＋ years of hands－on experience in corporate finance operations, including accounting and tax in Japan－ Experience in IFRS reporting is a plus － Hands－on experience in process improvement and simplification within finance or accounting operations － Native－level Japanese, and business－level English （reading and writing） － Bachelor’s degree required; professional accounting qualification preferred － Experience in SPC accounting, SAP, and use of AI or digital tools in finance is an advantage |
