This position is responsible for identifying and proposing DDS and formulation technologies to enhance VALUE or accelerate projects, as well as for driving the preparation and evaluation of the formulations in new dosage forms for life cycle management of marketed/developing products and drug discovery projects, and establishment of platform technologies. 【職務の内容 / Essential Job Responsibilities】（雇入れ直後）・課題解決・価値向上に有用なDDS・製剤技術の調査，提案・各種モダリティ・投与経路のDDS・製剤の処方調製，物性評価，解析・考察・議論・DDS・製剤の細胞およびvivoでの評価，解析・考察・議論（実験は自身のチームで行う場合と，創薬研究者や社外CROと連携して行う場合があります）・CMC・創薬研究者との協働および技術移管・プラットフォーム技術の発見・創製・確立，および製剤特許の調査，出願・学会参加等によるDDS・製剤技術の情報収集と，組織メンバーへの共有 ※いずれの業務もテーマリーダーのサポート・指導の下で推進します。全ての業務をすぐに十分に実施できる必要はなく，徐々に慣れて，成長頂ければよい部分もあります。 • Investigate and propose DDS and formulation technologies useful for solving problems and enhancing VALUE • Prepare DDS and formulations for various modalities and dosing routes, characterize their physicochemical properties, and do data analysis/their interpretation/consideration/discussion • Evaluate DDS and formulations using cells and in vivo, and analyse, interpret and discuss their data (the experiments are conducted either by this position and team or in collaboration with drug discovery researchers or external CROs) • Collaborate with CMC and drug discovery researchers, and execute technology transfer • Find, create and establish platform technologies, and investigate and file formulation patents • Collect information on DDS and formulation technologies through participation in academic conferences and related activities, and share insights with organization members * All of the above responsibilities will be carried out under the support and guidance of the project leaders. It is not necessary to be able to fully perform all responsibilities immediately; candidates are expected to gradually become familiar and grow over time in some parts. （変更の範囲）会社内での全ての業務【組織 / Organizational Context】 DDS研究室は，様々なモダリティや投与経路のDDS技術を活用し，創薬テーマや，製品・臨床開発品のライフサイクルマネジメントに向けた追加剤形を提案・推進しています。DDS研究室のメンバーは，世界中の技術を探索し，製剤を調製する，あるいは社外と提携して，それらの評価を行い，目的に最適なDDS製剤を選定します。また，国内外の創薬研究者（つくば，米国），CMC研究者（つくば，焼津），開発・営業・戦略部門のメンバー（東京，米国，欧州）と協働しながらプロジェクトを推進します。 DDS Lab. proposes and drives the application of DDS technologies across multiple modalities and various administration routes to advance drug discovery projects and life cycle management of marketed and clinical-stage products. Members of DDS Lab. explore technologies from around the world, prepare formulations, and collaborate with external partners to evaluate them and select the best DDS formulations for purposes. We also collaborate with drug discovery researchers (Tsukuba and US), CMC researchers (Tsukuba and Yaizu), and development, commercial, and strategy functions (Tokyo, US, Europe) to advance on projects. 【就業環境に関する要件 / Specific Physical or Environmental Requirements】本ポジションはつくば，あるいは焼津サイトでの募集であり，基本的に出社勤務が必要です。必要な場合は，在宅勤務が選択肢となります This position is based in Tsukuba or Yaizu and will basically require on-site work. 応募資格	【必須（MUST）】＜必須 / Required＞・修士（薬学6年生含む）卒以上もしくは同等の知識を有すると認められる方・製薬企業あるいはアカデミアにおける製剤研究の経験1年以上・CMC分野における実務経験3年以上・製剤の調査，調製，評価に関する興味，知識，解釈能力・日常の実験作業に十分な日本語能力 • Master’s degree (including six-year pharmacy program) or higher, or equivalent knowledge and expertise • More than 1 year of research experience of formulations in pharmaceutical companies or academia • More than 3 years or equivalent in CMC experience • Interest in, knowledge of, and ability to interpret data related to formulation investigation, preparation, and evaluation • Japanese communication skills sufficient for day‑to‑day experimental works 【歓迎（WANT）】＜歓迎 / Preferred＞・多様な製剤の調製，評価の経験を有する方・低分子（PROTACを含む），抗体，薬物抗体結合体（ADC）の製剤の経験を有する方・グローバルに業務推進できる英語力を有する方（TOEICスコア730点以上もしくは同等レベル）・考察力，コミュニケーション力等の強みを有する方 • Experience in preparation and evaluation of various formulations • Experience in formulations of small molecules (including PROTAC), antibody and antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) • English proficiency sufficient for global collaboration (e.g. TOEIC score of 730 or higher, or equivalent level) • Strong skills such as deep analysis, critical thinking and communication
