We have provided professional service (data collection, annotation and consulting) in order to streamline and enhance each stage of AI development as core business since our foundation in January 2020. Especially, high quality annotation data, which is called education data, is one of the key factors for AI development and enhacement and required appropriate price in global market whose business enetitlement ismore than 10 billion yen. We are looking to hire an experienced, high-analytical and hands-on candidate to develop partner relatioship in order to secure sufficient annotation capacity including quality check and obtain competitive price. In this context, we are constantly striving to maintain the high quality of our data while simultaneously optimizing the costs associated with data production. At FastLabel’s SCM Department, we are optimizing data production operations while building win-win relationships with our partner companies, with an eye toward future changes in demand and business expansion. By leveraging data, we identify areas for improvement in data production operations and build a sourcing network designed to deliver flexible production capacity and quality that meets demand. AI産業の発展が著しい中、教師データの品質と量の重要性がこれまで以上に重要となってきます。その中で、当社としては高品質なデータの高い品質を維持しながら、並行してデータ生産に関わるコストを最適化する事に日々挑戦を続けております。 FastLabelのSCM部では将来の需要の変化及びビジネス拡大を見据え、パートナー企業とwin-winの関係を築きながらデータ生産に関わるオペレーションを最適化していきます。データを駆使し、データ生産オペレーションの改善点を見出し、需要に応じた柔軟な生産キャパシティ及び品質実現に向けた調達ネットワークの構築を行います。《具体的な業務内容》 Key job fresponsibility ・Data-driven: Own end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-functional projects. Drive the development of sclable operation model, maintain process and best practice by data analysis. Establish new process to evaluate cost and quality performance quontitatively and take an action to improve. ・English-Japanese communication Skill: Deeply understand AI supply chain process and cost structure, and their interactions, communicate with domestic and international stakeholders in both Japanese and English, and use this to help improve total cost. ・Program Management: Manage medium-scale cross-fnctional programs. Since our founding, we had been producing training data, and in recent years, we have contributed to society and our business partners by ensuring the quality of the data we produce. There is currently no established methodology for AI data creation in the industry, and even the top AI companies in Japan are still feeling their way forward. In this field, you will be able to build processes from the ground up and work with partner companies both in Japan and abroad to establish global standards. 労働条件	■給与年収　700万円〜1,050万円(スキル・経験に応じて決定) 月給　583,334円～875,000円・基本給（424,239円～636,359円）・固定残業手当45時間（146,107円～219,160円）＋固定深夜手当20時間（12,988円～19,481円）を含みます・超過分別途支給 ■評価査定・年2回（1月/7月） ◾️勤務地東京本社東京都新宿区西新宿2-6-1新宿住友ビル24階 ◾️雇用形態正社員 ◾️勤務体系・勤務制度フレックスタイム制（5:00-22:00） ※コアタイムあり（10:00-14:00） ■休日・休暇休日：完全週休2日制（土日、祝祭日、年末年始等）休暇：有給休暇、慶弔休暇、出産育児・介護休業等試用期間 3ヶ月 ◾️福利厚生・各種保険完備（健康保険、厚生年金、雇用保険、労災保険）・資格取得支援制度・リファラル採用支援制度（社員紹介手当、ランチ費用補助）
