The Associate Finance Director is the most critical role within the Finance organization, acting as the Finance Director’s right‑hand partner and leading strategic decision‑making for the Japan organization from a finance perspective. This position reports to the Finance Director for North Asia, who oversees the combined Japan and Korea markets, and accountable for P&L management of Haleon Japan’s key business lines, including Paste & Brush (“P&B”), Denture Care (“DAC”), and OTC/Other businesses (“OTC”).P&L management covers sales, trade promotion spending, cost of goods, advertising and promotional expenses, and profit delivery on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. The role will work closely with the Japan Leadership Team (“JLT”), particularly the Japan General Manager, Finance Director, Sales Director, Commercial Excellence Director and Marketing Director, to support day-to-day business decisions as well as mid- to long-term strategic decision-making. In addition, the role manages two direct reports; team management and talent development are also key responsibilities. Job Description - Managing end to end P&L for 3 key business lines for Haleon - Support developing overall commercial strategy incl. investment allocation, business case development for new product launch/ other initiatives, etc. - Build trust and demonstrate effective business partnering w/ commercial stakeholders - Assisting with Management presentations incl. monthly business review with Asia Pacific Operating Unit, Monthly demand review meeting with local leadership, etc. - Develop strong Finance Business Partnering organization with 2 direct reports |

【必須（MUST）】 - Bachelor’s Degree- Business finance knowledge and Technical finance knowledge - Fluent in both English and Japanese communication - Successful finance partnering experience - Experience in working in multi-national corporate, providing effective financial management for a complex organization 【歓迎（WANT）】 - Knowledge in consumer/ health care industry- Effective knowledge of all accounting standards, including IFRS, US GAAP and Sarbanes-Oxley - Understanding of financial systems and processes - Advanced degree in finance |
