■ポジションの魅力 ・ITAD/ IT Asset Lifecycle領域において日本における「1人目」ｘ高い裁量をもって仕組みづくり・標準化から携わっていただきます ・弊社のサステナビリティ戦略の中心を担うポジションです ■組織について 弊社は売上高 570 億米ドル、グローバルでも巨大なテクノロジー企業であり、全世界180マーケットで毎日数百万の顧客にサービスを提供しています。 すべての人にスマートなテクノロジーを提供するという大胆なビジョンに基づき、AI対応済で、AI- Readyな、AIに最適化されたデバイス（PC、ワークステーション、スマートフォン、タブレット）やインフラ（サーバー、ストレージ、エッジ、ハイ パフォーマンス コンピューティング及びソフトウェア デファインド インフラストラクチャ（SDI））、ソフトウェア、ソリューション、サービスなど複数の分野に精通し、世界最大の PC 企業としての成功を築いてきました。 今後は、ハードウェア市場で世界シェアトップクラスを誇る企業ですが、ハードウェア事業に依存しない成長戦略として、5年前にSolutions & Services Group（SSG）を設立しました。現在、DaaS、クラウド、デジタルワークプレイス、マネージドサービスなど、幅広い分野で急成長中です。今回のポジションは、こうした成長領域でグループ内最大手顧客の課題解決を支援する重要な役割です。 ■職務サマリー Sustainability Solutions Designer は、弊社のAsset Recovery Services（ARS / ITAD領域） におけるソリューション設計責任者兼フロントエキスパートとして、営業と連携しながら、顧客のIT資産（PC／サーバー／ストレージ等）の回収・データ消去・再販・リサイクルまでを一気通貫で設計し、顧客の コスト削減・ROI最大化・ESG目標達成 を同時に実現します。 ■職務について The Sustainability Solution Designer will work closely with the Lenovo sales team, Growth Team, Project Management Office and personnel as needed, technical support and the customer to ensure a smooth handover from solution phase to project planning, initiation and beyond. This position will develop comprehensive, innovative, and cost-effective solutions within the various asset recovery services initiatives to enable Lenovo’s customers to achieve their business goals while maximizing the valuation of their retiring assets. In addition, this position will also evaluate customer opportunities as presented in, RFPs/RFQs or engagements, from the Services and Hardware Sales teams and use this information to develop solutions to meet the customer’s requirements. This Sustainability Solution Designer will be responsible for developing and communicating creative asset recovery services solutions for customers to drive positive value-add, return-on-investments, and lower the total cost of ownership of their assets. ■High Level Tasks Collaborate with internal teams and Lenovo vendors to analyze customer processes and environments and provide asset recovery services expertise and overall solution recommendations. Translate the requirements into architecture & solutions delivered by Lenovo. Creates business case collateral to be leveraged to assist sales to close potential opportunities. Educate customers and internal stakeholders on asset recovery services. Engage as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor on asset recovery services solutions. Challenge existing processes to ensure delivery of the best solution for the customer. Maintain an up-to-date knowledge and understanding of certifications, technology, tools and toolsets in the industry. |

| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 ■Position Requirements:・Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Supply Chain Management or Business equivalent. ・Must have experience in project management, product lifecycle management, customer and vendor contracting. ・Experience with electronic product end of life management. ・Experience with process improvements across multiple regions within an organization. ・Vendor management and running an effective business management system. Strong ability to produce, leverage and interpret big data sets and operationalize for decision making. ・Highly articulate and professional in both oral and written communication, as well as presentation, persuasion, and negotiation skills to achieve desired result. ・Must have 7+ years’ experience in solution development, contract creation and negotiation, business development, project management and/or services operations experience. 【歓迎（WANT）】 ・ITAD Experience nice to have■求める人物像 ・データ・ロジカルスキルをお持ちの方 ・グローバル環境での業務経験がある方 ・顧客との関係構築に長けている方 ・コミュニケーション力に長けている方 |
