新設されるホールディングカンパニーのテクニカル・アカウンティング（会計方針）チームに所属し、主にグループ全体の会計ポリシー/ガバナンス業務を担当していただきます。 As a member of the newly established holding compnay Technical Accounting （Accounting Policy） Team, you will primarily be responsible for the accounting policy and governance operations of the entire group. ・グローバルな環境下でのチームメンバーの管理、メンタリング、育成 ・IFRSマニュアルを作成、更新 ・IFRSのアップデートを識別し、分析及びコミュニケーションを行う。また、新しい会計基準に関するサポートを行う ・複雑な会計論点について、JGAAP及びIFRSに基づく検討 ・ESG報告（EUタクソノミ及びCSRD）に関するポリシーを作成 ・内部統制管理 ・連結決算に必要な最新の会計基準やベストプラクティスの変更について最新情報の把握 ・Manage, mentor, and develop team members in a global environment. ・Create and update the IFRS manual. ・Identify, analyze, and communicate updates to IFRS, as well as provide support regarding new accounting standards. ・Examine complex accounting issues based on JGAAP and IFRS. ・Develop policies related to ESG reporting （EU taxonomy and CSRD）. ・Manage internal controls. ・Stay updated on changes to the latest accounting standards and best practices necessary for consolidated financial closing. |

■勤務時間：8:00－17:00／9:00－18:00 フレックスタイム制 ※コアタイム無し リモートワーク可 年間休日：121日（2025年） 完全週休2日制（土曜、日曜）、祝祭日（会社カレンダーに準ずる） 年次有給休暇、慶弔休暇、産前産後育児休暇、介護休暇など |
| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 ・3年以上のマネージャーロールの経験・経理業務経験10年以上 もしくは監査法人での業務経験5年以上 ・単体・連結決算業務関連の経験 ・エクセル、パワーポイントを使用したレポーティング ・Over 3 years of experience in a managerial role ・10 years of accounting experience or over 5 years of experience in an auditing firm ・Experience related to standalone and consolidated financial closing operations ・Reporting experience using Excel and PowerPoint 【歓迎（WANT）】 ・単体あるいはグループの財務会計ポリシーの設計検討の経験・上場企業でのIFRS連結会計実務経験・開⽰書類作成実務経験（東証開⽰書類含む） ・SAP/DIVA等の会計システムの使⽤経験 ・開⽰システム・アプリケーションの使⽤経験 ・トラック・バス業界での経理関連業務経験もしくは自動車業界での経理関連業務経験 ■求める能力 ・会計、経営または関連分野の学士号取得 ・財務報告、経理、IFRS等会計知識 ・優れたコミュニケーション能力、対人能力 ・業務レベルの英語力（海外の経理メンバーとのTV会議やメールでのやりとりにストレスのない方） ・TOEIC 750点以上の英語能力 ■歓迎条件 ・監査法人での監査、コンサルティングの経験 ・公認会計士（海外含む）・税理士などの経理系資格 ■ 語学 日本語：母国語、ビジネスレベル 英語：母国語、ビジネスレベル、一般会話レベル ・Experience in designing and reviewing standalone or group financial accounting policies. ・Practical experience in IFRS consolidated accounting and preparation of disclosure documents in a publicly listed company （including Tokyo Stock Exchange disclosure documents） ・Experience using accounting systems such as SAP/DIVA ・Experience using disclosure systems and applications ・Accounting－related work experience in the truck and bus industry or the automotive industry |
