The Role

At Tesla, our Enterprise Sales Manager consistently deliver on an incredible educational, immersive, and exciting experience to all our current and future customers as well as create a memorable experience on delivery day. They constitute Tesla’s front line and are our brand ambassadors, supporting our mission to build a world of amazing abundance.

As an Enterprise Sales Manager, you will guide clients through the entire purchase lifecycle, fostering professional relationships that uncover new business opportunities. We have created one of the most innovative vehicles ever made, and you will help deliver an equally innovative buying and delivery experience.

Responsibilities

Corporate Client Acquisition & Management

Achieve and exceed sales targets to advance Tesla’s mission in the corporate sector.
Serve as a strategic facilitator, ensuring client needs are met and their success is prioritized.
Conduct proactive market research to uncover untapped key account prospects and develop targeted engagement strategies
Leverage and expand existing networks to drive growth with large corporate accounts.

Strategic Partnerships with Operational Leasing Companies

Expand Tesla’s footprint with operational leasing partners.
Ensure strict adherence to all contractual agreements and compliance standards.
Facilitate and optimize leasing offers for Tesla vehicles through partner channels.
Collaborate closely with field sales and sales operations teams to maximize leverage, providing coaching and training on B2B sales strategies.


General Operations & Strategy

Partner with the Market Lead to develop and execute a cohesive strategy for enterprise vehicle growth within the region.
Manage the overall business plan in alignment with cross-functional departments; lead regular, effective team and partner meetings.
Build a robust sales pipeline, generate leads from key accounts, and close high-value deals. Serve as the primary point of contact for corporate clients, short/long-term rental fleets, and mobility industry partners.
Maintain comprehensive expertise in all Tesla products, financing solutions, and processes. Conduct regular competitive analysis.
Utilize Tesla’s CRM systems to log appointments, calls, test drives, and meeting notes; generate and maintain accurate, actionable reports.
Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales and delivery KPIs with minimal supervision.
Demonstrate mastery of sales and delivery operations to ensure a seamless, high-quality client experience.
Monitor and ensure clients fulfill contractual obligations, including payment terms.
Continuously identify and implement process improvements to reduce operational friction.
Execute ad-hoc projects and duties as required to support business objectives.

応募資格

【必須(MUST)】

Requirements

Native-level Japanese proficiency; fluent written and spoken English.
Minimum of two years of relevant B2B sales experience, with a proven track record of measurable business outcomes.
Positive, enthusiastic, and deeply passionate about the transformation of the transportation industry.
Ability to articulate complex business issues and technical concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders.
Strong team orientation, reliability, and a collaborative spirit.
Exceptional communication skills with a keen attention to detail.
Demonstrated mastery of Tesla products and services; up-to-date knowledge of EV trends and local incentives.
Willingness to travel and work across various locations to meet business needs.
Valid driver’s license with a minimum two-year clean driving record.
Ability to obtain any necessary state-specific licensing as required.
