▽Position Overview As a Senior Product Manager for Rate Management & Promotions, you will own the end-to-end roadmap for tripla’s most critical revenue-generating systems. This is a dual-horizon role: you will be responsible for strengthening and modernizing our foundational pricing engine while simultaneously leading its evolution into an Autonomous Revenue Agent. Instead of just building a settings page for hoteliers to manually input rates, you will design the "brain" that enables our AI to define pricing strategies, structure promotions, and maximize revenue automatically. You will work at the intersection of complex pricing logic, machine learning, and user psychology to deliver measurable revenue uplift for our clients. ▽What Makes This Role Special ・Commercial Impact: You sit at the very start of the booking funnel, directly influencing how properties drive conversion through dynamic pricing. Your work directly determines whether a hotel beats its competition and maximizes its profit. ・Unfair Data Advantage (The Data Moat): Unlike competitors who struggle with siloed systems, tripla has fully integrated data from our Booking Engine, CRM, and Chatbot. You will have the unique opportunity to build pricing models based on real-time user intent and behavioral data, not just historical market rates. ・From "Tool" to "Agent": You will lead the strategic shift from a "Rule-based Tool" (Deterministic) to an "AI-driven Agent" (Probabilistic), defining how humans and AI collaborate to generate value. ・Strategic Bridge: You will work closely with Machine Learning, Engineering, and Business teams to translate market demand into algorithmic pricing features that empower hoteliers. ▽What are the Key responsibilities for this role ・Strategic Roadmap: Define the global vision for tripla’s pricing and promotion suite, balancing the needs of the Japanese market with global distribution standards. Chart the path from today's manual control tools to a fully autonomous yield management agent. ・Algorithmic Yield Optimization: Partner with ML Engineers to develop logic that helps hotels optimize Average Daily Rate (ADR) and Revenue Per Available Room (RevPAR). Validate these models against real-world commercial outcomes. ・Lead End-to-End Delivery: Oversee the full product lifecycle, leading agile execution to deliver high-scale, high-transaction volume solutions. ・Utilize Data for Decisions: Leverage extensive data analysis and financial modeling to inform product prioritization, diagnose issues, and drive key decisions on “Conversion uplift” and “Net Revenue Contribution”. ・Manage Stakeholder Alignment: Serve as the strategic bridge between Engineering, Business Development, Customer Success, and external payment partners. |

【必須(MUST)】 ・Experience: 5+ years in B2B2C SaaS product management with a proven history of launching high-scale, complex logic, data-intensive products or algorithmic decision-making system.・Outcome-Oriented Mindset: Ability to define success through commercial metrics like Net Revenue Contribution, ADR Growth, and Conversion Uplift rather than just shipping features. ・Analytical Rigor: Expert-level comfort with data analysis and financial modeling to influence complex roadmap decisions. ・Strategic & Tactical Balance: Proven ability to define high-level (38,000-foot) strategy while possessing the willingness to "get your hands dirty" with issue investigation and hands-on QA. ・Operational Agility: Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, globally distributed environments. ・Language Skills: Professional fluency in both Japanese and English (Bilingual). 【歓迎(WANT)】 ・Domain Expertise: 3+ years specializing in Revenue Management, Pricing Engines, or Travel Distribution (e.g., rate plans, promotion logic, or GDS/OTA connectivity).・AI & Yield Innovation: Experience applying Machine Learning or AI to automated yield management or demand forecasting. ・Collaborative Engineering: Proven experience working alongside Data Science or ML engineers is a significant advantage. ・Domain Knowledge: Experience of the Hospitality or Travel Tech ecosystem, including rate distribution and connectivity. |
