The position is part of the IT Product Development ＆ Production organization and reports to the L3 Head of IT responsible for Production and Engineering systems. The role works closely with: Production subsidiaries and local IT teams Manufacturing engineering and quality departments Global IT architecture and platform teams Infrastructure and cybersecurity teams External vendors and technology partners The role acts as a central coordination point between production subsidiaries, business stakeholders, and IT organizations to ensure alignment of production IT systems and initiatives. The Manager of Production Subsidiaries IT is responsible for overseeing and coordinating IT systems and initiatives across production subsidiaries. The role ensures stable operations of production－related IT platforms while driving alignment with global standards and supporting modernization of the manufacturing IT landscape. This position combines strategic governance with operational coordination, ensuring that production subsidiaries operate within a consistent IT framework while enabling local efficiency and innovation. Responsibilities include coordinating IT initiatives, supporting production system improvements, ensuring compliance with IT standards, and facilitating collaboration between business units and IT teams. 契約期間：期間の定め無 試用期間：有（6ヶ月） 勤務時間：8:00－17:00 フレックスタイム制 ※コアタイム無し リモートワーク可 休日：完全週休2日制（土日）祝祭日（会社カレンダーに準ずる）、年間休日122日（年末年始、5月、8月に大型連休） 残業：有（平均残業時間28.1時間） 社会保険：健康保険、厚生年金、労災保険、雇用保険 屋内の受動喫煙対策：屋内禁煙、屋内原則禁煙（喫煙室あり） |
| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 Education ＆ Experience：Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field Several years of experience in IT environments supporting manufacturing or production systems Experience working with multi－site environments or coordinating IT activities across subsidiaries Technical ＆ Functional Skills： Understanding of production and shopfloor IT systems （e.g., MES, manufacturing applications, quality systems, engineering interfaces） Experience managing or coordinating complex IT landscapes across multiple locations Knowledge of system integration between enterprise and manufacturing platforms Awareness of IT governance, cybersecurity, and operational stability in production environments Professional Skills： Strong stakeholder management and coordination capabilities Ability to align local operational needs with global IT standards Structured and proactive working style with a focus on reliability and continuous improvement Strong communication skills in an international environment Languages： Native level or above of Japanese Business level or above of English |
