As a leader within our APAC Professional Services organization, you will partner with some of the world’s most respected companies across industries such as Automotive, High Tech, Industrial, Electronics, and Medical Devices. You will oversee the performance, growth, and delivery excellence of the Professional Services business in Japan. This includes full P&L ownership, strategic customer engagement, and leadership of a high performing team of service sellers, project managers, technical architects, and consultants. This role reports to the Professional Services APAC Lead and is a key contributor to our broader Customer Success organization. Responsibilities -Business Leadership & Performance •Own the Japan Professional Services P&L, driving bookings, revenue, profitability, and operational performance. •Lead accurate forecasting and ensure business performance aligns to plan. -Customer Success & Delivery Excellence •Serve as Executive Sponsor for strategic customers and priority programs. •Ensure end to end delivery excellence and successful outcomes across all PS projects including advisory services to our partner network •Partner closely with global delivery and technical teams to ensure alignment and execution consistency. -Sales & Go to Market Collaboration •Work in lockstep with Sales, Pre Sales, and Customer Success teams to support software pursuits and secure successful implementation pathways. •Contribute to strategic account planning and help shape customer transformation roadmaps. -People Leadership •Lead, develop, and empower a multidisciplinary services team across Japan. •Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, customer focus, and continuous improvement. Skills & Experience •Fluent in Japanese and English, with strong executive level communication skills. •Background in the software industry, ideally within professional services. •Proven experience spanning services pre sales, project delivery, and enterprise/global deployments. •Demonstrated ability to build and sustain relationships across a diverse stakeholder landscape — including alliances, sales, marketing, operations, finance, legal, and C suite executives. •Innovative thinker with the ability to connect business strategy and technical capability to craft compelling solutions. •Strong negotiation skills with a partnership driven, win–win approach. •Excellent organizational discipline and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a complex environment. |

| 応募資格 |
【必須(MUST)】 •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in STEM or Business Management.•10+ years of experience in the software or services industry, including people leadership and P&L management. •Experience working with Japanese manufacturing customers. •Demonstrated success engaging with and influencing C level executives. •Willingness to travel up to 50% within Japan, with limited international travel as required. |
