About the team: Meegle is a professional project management platform designed for complex scenarios. By establishing standardized processes, it accelerates project launch and controls project risks. Currently, it can well meet the project management needs of various scenarios, including software development, game development, automotive manufacturing, hardware R&D, sales management, work order management, and content operation. チームについて： Meegleは、複雑なシナリオに対応するプロフェッショナルなプロジェクト管理プラットフォームです。標準化されたプロセスの構築により、プロジェクトの迅速な立ち上げを実現し、リスクコントロールを強化します。現在、ソフトウェア開発、ゲーム開発、自動車製造、ハードウェアR&D、営業管理、ワークオーダー管理、コンテンツ運営など、さまざまな分野のプロジェクト管理ニーズに対応しています。 Responsibilities - Closely communicate with the sales team and clients to identify and formulate solutions that meet client needs. - Effectively convey solution concepts and product value to clients to help the sales team achieve rapid deal closure. - Capable of configuring products according to customer needs, conducting professional demos and POCs, and supporting end-to-end customer project delivery. - Provide internal empowerment by continuously delivering content (via materials or sharing sessions) based on industry and product insights, thereby enhancing the team’s overall capabilities. - Clearly define the boundaries of products and services, as well as the scope of projects. - Collaborate closely with the product R&D team and customer success team to establish a front-backend information exchange and knowledge-sharing mechanism. 業務内容： -営業チームおよび顧客と密に連携し、顧客ニーズを的確に把握した上で最適なソリューションを提案・設計する -ソリューションのコンセプトおよびプロダクトの価値を分かりやすく顧客に伝え、営業チームの迅速な案件成約を支援する -顧客要件に応じたプロダクト設定を行い、専門的なデモおよびPOCを実施し、エンドツーエンドでのプロジェクトデリバリーをサポートする -業界およびプロダクトに関する知見をもとに、資料作成やナレッジ共有会を通じて社内イネーブルメントを推進し、チーム全体の能力向上に貢献する -プロダクトおよびサービスの提供範囲、ならびにプロジェクトスコープを明確に定義する -プロダクト開発チームおよびカスタマーサクセスチームと密に連携し、フロントとバックエンド間の情報連携およびナレッジ共有の仕組みを構築する |
| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 -A bachelor’s degree or above, with a preference for majors in computer science, management, or related fields.- Prior experience in implementing project management software is preferred. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as outstanding presentation and negotiation skills. - Self-motivated, with in-depth knowledge of products, technology, clients, industries, and competitors. - Strong problem-solving abilities, adaptability, and a positive attitude. - Experience in product selection, bidding, and tendering for large enterprises is preferred. - Fluent in Japanese and Chinese. ー学士号以上（コンピュータサイエンス、経営学、または関連分野専攻を歓迎） ープロジェクト管理ソフトウェアの導入・実装経験をお持ちの方 ー優れた文章力および口頭でのコミュニケーション能力に加え、高いプレゼンテーション力・交渉力を有する方 ー自律的に行動でき、プロダクト・技術・顧客・業界・競合に関する深い理解をお持ちの方 ー高い問題解決能力、変化への柔軟な対応力、および前向きな姿勢をお持ちの方 ー大手企業向けの製品選定、入札・提案（RFP対応等）のご経験をお持ちの方 ー日本語および中国語がビジネスレベル以上の方 【歓迎（WANT）】 |
