About the role BytePlus is seeking an experienced and entrepreneurial business development leader to expand our ecosystem in Japan's Digital Native sectors – including gaming, social media, and advertising technology. As a key member of the BytePlus Global Ecosystem team, you will identify, develop, and manage strategic partnerships with ISVs, SaaS providers, solution integrators, and channel partners, with a focus on building industry-relevant, AI-powered solutions using BytePlus' proprietary technologies. Key Responsibilities: - Responsible for developing and managing relationships with partners in the Japanese market, and building and maintaining long-term and mutually beneficial cooperative relationships. - Support the formulation and implementation of ecosystem strategies for AI-related industries,BytePlus and promote the development and growth of related AI products in the Japanese market. - Collaborate with companies in the e-commerce, advertising, content, and cloud sectors in Japan to expand channels and sales networks. - Support technical collaboration, marketing and business expansion of partner companies in cooperation with each department. - Continuously track trends in the AI and EC industries, understand competitive analysis and market trends, and provide strategic insights to the team. |
| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 - 5+ years of experience in business development, partner management or channel development- Knowledge of the AI industry (understanding major models, major players, market trends, etc.) - Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams 【歓迎（WANT）】 - Experience working with the e-commerce industry- Understanding of how AI is being utilized in the fields of e-commerce, advertising, and content in Japan |
