【仕事内容】 玉山銀行日本拠点におけるリスク管理部門を統括し、「オペレーションリスク、信用リスク、市場リスク、流動性リスク」の包括的な管理体制を構築・推進していただきます。 1. リスク管理態勢の整備と推進 ・リスクアペタイト・フレームワークに基づき、在日支店全体のリスク管理戦略を策定 ・本店のリスク管理部門と連携し、グローバル基準及び規制当局に準拠した高度なリスク管理体制を構築 ・リスク管理に係る社内規定の策定・改訂、規制変更・監査指摘事項などを踏まえた改善の企画・実行 ・新商品・サービスに係るリスク管理企画立案 ・第二の防衛線として各部門の内部統制プロセスの検証・評価 ・リスク管理委員会、与信審査委員会、資産負債管理委員会等への出席・報告 2. チームマネジメント ・リスク管理チームの編成・人材育成・業務指導及び評価 ・従業員のリスクカルチャーの醸成のため、研修計画の立案・実施 3. ステークホルダー・マネジメント ・在日代表へのリスク状況の報告、各部門と協働しリスク管理に関する助言を提供 ・本店リスク管理部門との定期的なコミュニケーション・報告 ・規制当局対応のサポート（検査・ヒアリング等） 【Responsibilities】 You will oversee the Risk Management Division at E.SUN Bank's Japan operations, establishing and promoting a comprehensive management framework for "operational risk, credit risk, market risk, and liquidity risk." 1. Risk Management Framework Development: ・Develop overall risk management strategies for Japan branches based on the risk appetite. ・Collaborate with head office Risk Management Division to establish advanced risk management policy compliant with global standards and regulatory requirements. ・Formulate and revise internal regulations related to risk management; plan and execute improvements based on regulatory changes and audit findings. ・Plan and develop risk management for new products and services. ・Verify and evaluate internal control processes across departments as the second line of defense. ・Attend and report at Risk Management Committee, Credit Review Committee, Asset and Liability Management Committee, and other relevant meetings. 2. Team Management: ・Organize and train the risk management team, provide guidance and performance evaluation ・Plan and implement training programs to foster risk culture among employees 3. Stakeholder Management ・Report risk status to Japan Representative and provide risk management advice in collaboration with each department. ・Maintain regular communication and reporting with head office Risk Management Division ・Support regulatory authority interactions (inspections, hearings, etc.) |

【雇用条件】 試用期間：あり（6カ月） 就業時間：8:45～17:45（休憩1時間） 就業場所：東京支店 休日 ：土日、祝日 休暇 ：年次有給休暇（入社半年経過後10日付与）、年末年始（12/31～1/3） 残業 ：別途支給 賞与 ：年1回 通勤手当：会社規定に基づき支給（上限月額3万円） 社会保険：健康保険、厚生年金、労災保険、雇用保険 【Compensation】 Probationary period: 6 months Working hours: 8:45~17:45 (1 hour break) Work location: Tokyo Branch Days off: Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays Leave: Annual paid leave (10 days granted after 6 months of employment), year end holidays (12/31~1/3) Overtime: Separately compensated Bonus: Once a year Transportation allowance: Maximum ¥30,000/per month Social Insurance: Health insurance, employees' pension, workers' accident compensation insurance, employment insurance |
| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 1. 金融機関でのリスク管理業務経験５年以上2. 日本語ネイティブレベル、英語または中国語ビジネスレベルであれば尚可 3. チームマネジメント経験、リーダーシップと部門横断的な高いコミュニケーション能力 【Must Required】 1. 5+ years of risk management experience in financial institutions 2. Fluent in Japanese, and business-level English or Chinese is a plus 3. Team management experience, leadership skills, and strong cross-departmental communication abilities. 【歓迎（WANT）】 1. 銀行または証券会社でのリスク管理部門での管理職経験2. 与信審査業務の実務経験及び管理経験 3. ファイナンシャルリスクマネジャー（FRM）、CFA 4. 規制当局リスク管理基準への理解、規制当局対応の経験がある方 【Preferred Qualifications】 1. Managerial experience in risk management divisions at banks or securities firms 2. Practical and managerial experience in credit review 3. Financial Risk Manager (FRM) or CFA certification 4. Understanding of regulatory risk management standards and experience in regulatory interactions |
