Lead complex offshore wind projects in Japan as a senior technical leader. This is a senior technical leadership role supporting offshore wind power project development and execution in Japan. This position combines engineering expertise with project management to support the full lifecycle of wind power projects, including early－stage development, tendering, offshore fabrication planning, and project execution. Working closely with the regional leadership team, the role provides technical guidance on offshore wind foundations, fabrication strategies, port infrastructure assessments, and installation planning while coordinating with engineering, manufacturing, and project teams across international operations. |
| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Wind Energy, Ocean Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline• Minimum 8 years of experience in wind power, offshore engineering, or related industries • Experience supporting wind power project development, tendering, technical solution development, or project execution • Strong understanding of wind power project engineering and offshore fabrication processes • Ability to develop and evaluate technical solutions for offshore wind projects • Solid knowledge of the wind power project lifecycle including development, bidding, and execution • Business－level English and native－level Japanese 【歓迎（WANT）】 • Experience working on international wind power projects• Familiarity with the Japanese offshore wind market • Knowledge of offshore wind foundation structures, offshore fabrication, or large steel structures • Understanding of Japanese port infrastructure, offshore construction environments, or local supply chains • Experience coordinating cross‑functional engineering and project teams |
