Role Summary: Leading business application development Setup and Formalize Development repeatable model for project deliveries Engage with regional teams to understand definition of done from development delivery perspective and channelize its adoption and deliveries within project Engage with various project teams, communicate and establish execution plan Job Description: Work with various teams across projects to define and drive the development end to end Build solutions to define system specification Design and develop solutions that protect and manage policy administration system Share and review your innovation technical ideas with peers, high level technical contributors, and managers |
| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 Required Skills & Experience (Must Have):Minimum 5 years of extensive hands-on experience in system specification development Experience working in Life Insurance is needed Experience of working for policy administration system Bilingual capabilities in business environment in Japanese and English (High business level needed) Experience of supporting technical teams size of 4-6 Experience of interacting with business users and counterpart across markets/region/global Skills & Experience (Nice to Have): Knowledge of single premium, life / annuity insurance is a plus Knowledge of Policy Admin System |
