■ THE PURPOSE OF THIS JOB This role is to plan and oversee the execution of the flagship store （FSS） business nationwide by providing superior consumer experience and implement brand initiatives to enhance brand equity in Japan. This role is responsible for supporting commercial, consumer engagement, and financial operations within FSS ecosystem. In addition, the role is to maintain and further develop indelible service with line manager for the product users （LAU） ＆ combustible smokers （LAS） with cross functional teams for NPS and conversion KPIs. ACCOUNTABILITY • Support to build strategy and annual plan based on the KPIs, and conduct monthly planning by monitoring and analyzing sales data ＆ consumer insights • Execute FSS's operational and commercial activities to enhance quantity ＆ quality of in－store experience continuously while mentoring and coaching the brand retail executives and 3rd party operators • Collaborate with cross functional teams （Marketing, Consumer Experience, Supply Chain, Digital/IT, and Customer Service） to ensure the quality of execution and customer satisfaction. • Collaborate with Global Retail Team to develop efficient in store operations and to maximize the business results. • Manage the Brand Retail executives to deliver their goals, while also driving the store staff's eNPS with collaboration from 3rd parties, Area Managers, and Store Managers • Support and execute required financial transaction for sales and FSS operation activities. |
| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 • Bachelor’s degree• 8＋ years of experience in FMCG/global brands direct to consumer retail business with a focus on retail operations, retail marketing, consumer research/insights, brand strategy and/or business development including internal team management, and 3rd party vendor/landlord negotiation ＆ management. • Advanced level of communication （verbal, written, presentation, both in Japanese and English） • Business initiator, Collaboration, Business Acumen, Strategic thinking, Agility, • System and Operations knowledge （POS, Staff scheduling tool, CRM tool, etc.） • Excellent analytical skills • PC skills （Excel, PPT, Access） 弊社ブランドのフラッグシップストア全国4店舗をマネジメントして頂きます。ミッションとしては、来店者へのより良い体験の提供と、外部ベンダー会社とのコミュニケーションとマネジメントになります。 業界を問わず、複数店舗の運営経験や人、売上のマネジメントの経験を積まれた方を探しております。 |
