＜コンサルタントの声＞ ■安定企業での長期就業 ヨーロッパの親会社は上場しており、かつ日本法人も設立から約50年と長い歴史・安定した運営基盤を持ちます。撤退のリスクも少ない中で、長期的に就業頂けます。 ■離職率の低い企業 経理財務は本ポジションを含む4名体制となり、部下3名をマネジメント頂きます。メンバーは10年以上勤務歴のある長期就業者が多く、定着率の良いチームへ、安心感をもって入社頂けます。 ■役員層とのかかわり レポート先の日本社長、APAC Finance Controllerのほか、APACのリージョンヘッドとも頻繁にコンタクトを取るポジションです。意思決定に深くかかわる機会にもなります。 ■在宅・フレックスの使用OK 試用期間後など、業務に慣れた後はフレックス制度の使用や週2日までの在宅勤務も可能です。 【業務内容詳細】 － Perform financial management duties including generating financial data, compiling and submitting reports, analyzing industry trends and assessing the financial health of the company. － Oversee the operations and development of the company’s finance departments including creating and reviewing policies budgeting, recruiting, training and conducting regular assessments of financial procedures. － Supervise the preparation of monthly and annual account reconciliations, monitor and enforce compliance with tax and financial reporting standards and assist with cash flow forecasting. － Advise colleagues and executive management on decisions related to the company’s finances. － Supervise the documentation of the company’s financial status and forecasts － Support strategic business plans based on the analysis of the company’s status and financial forecasts － Monitoring of company’s internal controls in accordance with its own accounting manual and ICS matrix － Support finance department members in improving their skills and carrying out daily accounting operations － Reporting finance status to country manager, group finance manager and take any actions for achieving budget with managers － Provide financial support for corporate planning department’s strategic planning － Support creating, monitoring, analyzing sales and margin with sales － Cost improvement with factory managers － FTE and payroll cost improving with HR manager |
| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 － 5＋ years of experience in finance roles in manufacturing industry－ Proven proficiency in financial analysis and strategic development － Familiarity with IFRS and Japan accounting standards － Comprehensive understanding of financial reporting standards, tax laws, and industry regulations － Business level English, and native level Japanese － Proven experience managing small to mid－size organizations － Experience in managing and processing with an internal control |
