Based on the company's overall strategic goals and the characteristics of the Japanese market, formulate annual, quarterly, and monthly marketing plans that meet the local market needs in Japan. Clearly define marketing objectives, strategies, and budgets, and ensure the effective implementation of the plans.
Maintain close communication and collaboration with internal departments such as sales, product, and R & D to ensure that all marketing activities are in line with the company's overall business goals.
Communication and cooperation with various external partners of the Japanese team, and all types of online and offline marketing resources and agencies to efficiently achieve marketing goals.
Deep research on the Japanese market, including market size, competitive landscape, consumer behavior, and industry trends, etc., to provide data support and decision - making basis for the company's business strategies in the Japanese market.
応募資格

【必須(MUST)】

<Qualifications>
Bachelor's degree or above. Familiar with the Japanese market, and be able to use Japanese as first language.
Have more than 3 years of overseas marketing and promotion experience. Possess excellent marketing planning, organizational coordination, and team management abilities, and be able to independently formulate and implement marketing plans. Experience in the home appliance or 3C category is preferred.
Have strong development and communication and collaboration abilities.
