〈コンサルタントの声〉 ■ 成長フェーズならではの飛躍のチャンス！ 過去3年間で社員数が約3倍に増えるなど、著しい成長を遂げている企業です。成長フェーズならではのダイナミズムを感じながら、組織づくりにも関わることができる環境です。外資系企業特有のスピード感とオープンな文化の中で、変化を楽しみながら成長したい方に向いています。 ■ 会計領域を一気通貫でリードできるポジション 経理・会計領域を幅広く担当し、複数の社内ステークホルダーと連携しながら会社の成長を支えるポジションです。全体像を捉えつつ実務をリードできるため、専門性を磨きながら、数字を通じて事業の動きを読み解く視点が身につきます。自律性と裁量の大きさがあり、キャリアを一段引き上げたい方にふさわしい環境です。 ■ チーム体制とレポートライン 日本のファイナンス責任者にレポートし、1～2名のスタッフをマネジメントします。会計・ファイナンスチームは計7名の精鋭体制で効率的に業務を進めています。少数精鋭の組織で実務とマネジメントの双方を担いながら、自身の存在感とキャリア価値を着実に高めていきたい方にとって、非常に魅力的な環境です。 ■ 働きやすいオフィスカルチャー 落ち着いた空気感の中に適度な活気があり、コミュニケーションがスムーズに行える職場です。成長フェーズのため週4日のオフィス勤務を基本としつつ、週1日の在宅勤務も取り入れています。対面での連携を大切にしながらも柔軟性を備えた環境で、チームワークを重んじつつ自分らしい働き方を求める方に心地よいカルチャーです。 〈仕事内容詳細〉 Responsibilities: － Manage and plan monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports for internal teams and external auditors. － Oversee balance sheet and cash flow to maintain healthy financial status. － Handle hedging and standard rates to reduce financial risks and control COGS impact. － Manage import－related costs and ensure proper allocation to COGS. － Monitor customer credit limits to minimize financial risk. － Maintain relationships with banks and insurance brokers while managing related costs. － Provide financial analysis on inventory, balance sheet items, and cash flow, focusing on working capital to support strategic decisions. － Create useful reports to identify financial risks and opportunities. － Develop and execute action plans based on identified risks and opportunities. － Ensure compliance with local accounting standards （J－GAAP, IFRS） and internal policies, including SOX. － Supervise and mentor finance team members to improve skills and efficiency. － Support internal/external audits, tax filings, and regulatory reporting. － Lead process improvements in financial operations and systems. |
| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 － Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field （MBA or CPA is a plus）.－ Knowledge equivalent to Nissho Boki Level 2. － At least 5 years of relevant work experience. － Strong understanding of financial principles, budgeting, reporting, and analysis. － Experience using ERP systems and data visualization tools. － Worked in a multinational company or a globally operating startup. － Proven ability to build teams and automate processes. － Excellent communication skills in both Japanese and English. － High attention to detail and strong leadership skills. － Able to work effectively across teams in a fast‑paced environment. |
