| 仕事内容 |
・Design and develop onboard electronics and electronic control devices (MPU - Micro Processing Unit - onboard) for satellites. ・Design and analyze interfaces and specifications of electronics and electronic control devices. ・Manage budget and resources (mass, power, data resources) for electronics and electronic control devices. ・Design harnesses for on-board satellites Design harness connections, design harness routing, and select components (wires, connectors, etc.) ・Perform technical coordination with other subsystems as a system in terms of harness design ・Perform technical coordination with subsystem and system designers ・Prepare specifications for electronic equipment, electronic control devices, and harnesses ・Plan, prepare, and conduct electrical testing of electronics and electronic control devices and subsystems ・Perform equipment-level environmental testing, including vibration testing, thermal vacuum testing, thermal cycling testing, and electrical testing ・Perform interface testing with other subsystems ・Evaluate and verify test results ・Conduct technical coordination with suppliers and manufacturers of electronic equipment, electronic control devices, and harnesses regarding their specifications. ・Manage Interface Control Documents (ICDs) between subsystems. ・Design test cables and harnesses for electrical testing and subsystem testing. ・人工衛星搭載用電子機器・電子制御装置(MPU -Micro Processing Unit - 搭載）の設計・開発を行う ・電子機器・電子制御装置のインタフェース、仕様の設計・解析を行う ・電子機器・電子制御装置の予算、リソース（質量、電力、データリソース） の管理を行う ・人工衛星搭載のハーネス設計を行うハーネス接続設計、ハーネスルーティング設計、部品(線材、コネクタなど)選定を実施する ・ハーネス設計の観点でシステムとして、他サブシステムとの技術調整を実施する ・サブシステムおよびシステム設計者との技術調整を行う ・電子機器・電子制御装置、ハーネスの仕様書作成を行う ・電子機器・電子制御装置、サブシステムの電気テストを計画、準備し、実施する ・振動試験、熱真空試験、熱サイクル試験、電気試験などの装置レベルの環境試験行う ・他サブシステムとのインタフェース試験を行う ・試験結果の評価および検証を行う ・電子機器・電子制御装置やハーネスの購入先、製造元とその仕様に関して技術調整を実施する ・各サブシステム間のICD(Interface Control Documents)を管理する ・電気試験、サブシステム試験用の試験ケーブル・試験ハーネスを設計する |
| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 ・At least 5 years of experience as an electrical engineer・Basic knowledge of electrical system design. (Satellite electrical systems, automotive electrical and electrical systems, medical equipment electrical systems, etc.) ・Knowledge of harness design and manufacturing. (Harness design for satellite, automotive, medical equipment, office equipment, etc.) ・Knowledge of cables, harnesses, and connectors ・Basic knowledge of mechanical design Experience in any of the following ・Experience in design and analysis of digital devices/circuits ・Experience in designing and analyzing analog devices/circuits ・Experience in design and analysis of mixed digital/analog devices and circuits ・Basic knowledge of embedded software ・Detect problems at an early stage, identify the cause, and propose and implement a solution. ・English proficiency with TOEIC score of 600 or above ・Near-native Japanese language skills ・電気エンジニアとして5年以上の経験を有する ・電気システム設計の基礎知識を有する (衛星電気システム、自動車電気・電装システム、医療用機器電気システムなど) ・ハーネス設計および製造の知識を有する (衛星、自動車、医療用機器、事務機などのハーネス設計) ・ケーブル、ハーネス、コネクタに関する知識を有する ・機械設計の基礎知識を有する 以下のいずれかの経験を有する ・デジタル機器/回路の設計、解析の経験 ・アナログ機器/回路の設計、解析の経験 ・デジタルアナログ混在機器、回路の設計・解析の経験 ・組込ソフトウェアの基礎知識を有する ・早期に問題を検知し、原因を突き止め、解決策を提示し実行する ・TOEIC600点以上の英語力を有する ・ネイティブに近い日本語能力を有する 【歓迎（WANT）】 ・Experience in development of electronic control devices in which processors are implemented.・Knowledge of FMEA (Failure Mechanism and Effects Analysis) and FTA (Failure Tree Analysis) ・Able to use SPICE, Scilab, etc. ・Knowledge of MIL (United States Military Standard) and ESA (European Space Agency Standard), especially MIL cable standards and derating criteria. Knowledge of MIL cable standards and derating standards is desirable. ・Basic knowledge of EMC (Electromagnetic Compatibility) ・プロセッサが実装されている電子制御装置の開発経験を有する ・FMEA(Failure Mechanism and Effects Analysis)、FTA(Failure Tree Analysis) の知識を有する ・SPICE、Scilab等を使用することができる ・MIL規格(United States Military Standard)、 ESA規格(European Space Agency Standard) に関する知識を有する特に、MILケーブルの規格、ディレーティングの基準に関する知識を 有することが望ましい ・EMC(電磁適合性)に関する基礎知識を有する |
